We snapped up 4 jumbo crab cakes in preparation for dinner from Chef Sebastian and they were absolutely fantastic! Full of delicious soft crab meat without all the fillers. The sauce and mango chili were the perfect touch. Easy instructions and so fresh! We only wish we could have tried more of his tasty meals. It’s always nice to have fresh meals that serve a smaller number of people. Highly recommend checking out his stand if you find him at a market in SW Florida, he participates in many!
