The more I come to Athletica Health and Fitness the more I like it. Now they have delicious snacks and pastries to go along with their awesome smoothies and juice drinks.Of course they keep the juice bar well-stocked and immaculately clean like the rest of the facility.
This is a great gym! Have been going here since it opened in 2019. Owners and staff all very knowledgeable and friendly. Plenty of equipment for what ever you want to do as well as classes. Nancy Rae, who does stability and mobility class on Tuesday and Thursday is fabulous! She is much more than just a class leader. She is an instructor. She demonstrates the exercise and then walks around to make sure that you use the proper form so that you don't get hurt. Her classes are changed...read full review
