ICHI TOGARASHI is a small restaurant that makes its own tofu in-house. The beef broth in the soup is terrific, though some find the beef to be chewy. The vegan red curry dumplings are great. The restaurant can be busy, so reservations are recommended, as food can take a while to arrive.
