Had a large family gathering/celebration here and the food and service were both outstanding!
The 3 of us enjoyed our dinner for Sizzle Dining at The Boathouse. It was raining, thundering, lightning but we enjoyed the view on the Gordon River, anyway.
Excellent food with a large selection to choose from. Service was great and setting was very nice.

The Boathouse on Naples Bay offers a dining experience with attentive service and beautiful views of the water. Appetizers and entrees have been noted as fantastic, with the lobster tail being a highlight. The restaurant features a friendly waitstaff and helpful bartenders. However, there have been several comments about the slowness of the service, with some customers waiting long periods before being acknowledged. Difficulties have been noted with cutting the steak and blue cheese flatbread at lunch, and there are concerns about the clam bake, as customers reported running out of whole lobsters and receiving only tails instead. The crab claws were also mentioned as difficult to crack open. The steak was full of gristle, and the Crème Brule was too thick and cold. The crab stuffing in the lobster was not good. There was no wide selection of premium Bourbons, and no large ice cube for drinks. The Boathouse has gone down big time in quality food and drink. The Shrimp appetizer with bacon was very good, and the port tenderloin was good. It was a beautiful day on the bay, warm with a breeze for outdoor dining. The food was delicious and service was leisurely. Just a relaxing time had by all. The Boathouse was a fantastic dining experience. The menu had so many different dishes and the options were endless! The food was delicious and the portions were huge! The server was excellent; so attentive and knowledgeable about everything on the menu.
