I drove in to the drive thru, Stanley and Kenny were so helpful and kind with our order. They made our night so much better!!!!!!
Tina R was super sweet loved and respectful her attitude was good. Usually at night time you receive not so great service especially with fast food places but I will say she is definitely a great worker you guys need more like her!
Whoever is working drive thru tonight deserves a raise, impeccable service, thank you!

Taco Bell at 3431 Cleveland Ave., Fort Myers is known for fixing orders with love and keeping the food fresh. Customers appreciate the consistency in getting their orders correct. The staff is often praised for their cleanliness, friendly service, and quick readiness of orders. One customer mentioned that the store always gets their order amount wrong, often only receiving one burrito instead of two or three, but they plan to check their order at the drive-thru next time. Another customer highlighted the excellent service from Rodrigo, calling him the nicest worker and saying he made their night. Despite some issues with drive-through hours, the menu remains clear and easy to read, though missed sales opportunities can happen when the drive-through is closed. Overall, the store maintains a good reputation for cleanliness, friendly staff, and good service.
