We just attended a wedding at the resort - and the staff was incredible! Every interaction went above and beyond. I wish I could recall everyone’s names - but we spent a lot of time at the pool and pool bar, and Asta was incredible! So friendly!!! Am incredible resort but the staff really made the experience that much better!
Nice stay at the Sanibel tower where the restaurants are located. Captiva tower is down the property where you can drive and park there. 24 hr shuttle is present to rake you back and forth with no charge. Nice comfy room and two large pool areas with their homemade beach that over looks the bay/river. All the pool lounge chairs and umbrellas are brand new. I used suite night points for an upgrade. Easy friendly check in be prepared for a half hour ride from airport however if you're using Uber or Lyft. Ended up in a high floor corner suite in the Captiva building just ended up working out well for the view and quietness in the evening. This building also has its own swimming pool which is more private than the main building. It has a view of the causeway to Sanibel and the harbor area.
