“The cookies presentation is appealing. Most flavors are delicious.
I like that you can see the cookies being made. Then again, I can see the lax preparation practices. Someone needs to be overseeing production so that employees aren’t touching their face, cash, then the product. Also, the store in Cape Coral needs a better pick up system. The lobby fills with some online order-aheaf and some walk ups. The door gets held open because it’s so full inside. No one knows who is next to place or pick up their order. It should not be that chaotic.“

“My birthday cake went in the trash! Needed something quickly! After searching the internet for what I needed, I called. They could help me out! I really was in a big fix! I grabbed a couple of my cake tiers..and went to see what she held for me... they were very delicious cupcakes! At the party, when friends asked where I got them...people knew.."Oh..the little place.."..ayuh...watch out for those small unpretentious little shops in a plaza...its a GEM! I plan on being their customer.“

“I am a repeat customer to this bakery, but this last time going, it has been taken under new ownership, and all I can say is WOW! Absolutely amazing staff! They have renovated the entire shop and treat this business with pride!I came to these lovely bakers with a vision, a massive, intricate vision, and man...did they deliver! I was so impressed, as was everyone that attended our sons' birthday party! We gave them a shotty drawing of what we wanted, and they turned it into a masterpiece! “I am a natural born American citizen. I spent 5 years in Miami and learned to love all the different kinds of food there. I will try anything once even if it's scorpions covered in chocolate! Although I really hate scorpions covered in chocolate. Grasshoppers are much better. This restaurant is the epitome of great Haitian Creole food! I can't testify to what the restaurant looks like. We always get home delivery. I've never had a bad dinner here! Sometimes doordash screws it up. NEVER THE RESTAURANT!! Call the restaurant first. If they run out of their stew goat early, which by the way is phenomenal, doordash takes it off the menu because it's not available every hour of every day. It sells out very quickly!! The food is fantastic! I've eaten in Mom and Pop stores in Haiti, I've actually given a day's work for free food in Haiti. This is just as great! There's been times I even want to just have the rice with the stewed goat gravy. I don't even actually need any meat. The gravy is so good! The rice is perfectly cooked! You could survive on that alone, and enjoy it highly!“

“Norman Love provided the desserts for our wedding and they were delicious! We’d decided we didn’t want to serve cake, because, well, we like other things more than cake. And after having their brownies, cookies and key lime tarts, I am thrilled with our decision. They were also able to provide a gluten free option for some of our guests with food allergies. We’d like to make a special mention of Rachel Murray at Norman Love with whom we communicated by email. She was amazingly helpful in arranging our ideal spread of desserts, and was always incredibly thorough and prompt (more so than us even) at answering our questions and figuring out what would work for us. And we were able to pick everything up at the store near us and it was all fresh and ready to go. Very happy with our experience.“
