Stopped at the Starbucks at 9011 Daniels Parkway this morning. The drive thru guy, Zach, was having an issue scanning my phone for the purchase. So he took my phone from my hand, got the scan and then without any hesitation grabbed a disinfectant wipe and wiped down my phone before handing it back to me. All the while taking orders as well. Zach also knew how to wear a mask properly. I wish every drive thru person was as professional as he was.
i stop here 2-3 times a week and Ray is always providing amazing customer service, drinks/ food are good too. everyone that works at this location provides great customer service makes the experience so much better
To start off Im a partner so I know the struggle and I know what Im talking about. I decided to come here with my mom on my off day through the drive through. I empathize with them because their were only like 3 partners on the floor at around 2-3pm and it was very busy so I understand the struggle. I ordered 2 Food Items & 2 Drinks.
