We did the drive thru picked up a couple of breakfast sandwiches 4 drinks.. coffees were spot on the sandwiches were delish but he best experience was the window girl JULZ she was awesome sweet friendly and went above and beyond for our request!!! Napkins stevia stoppers.. Service with a smile… GREAT customer service, JULZ your friendly attitude and pleasant smile really made our day. Keep up the good work. We appreciate your good work ethic. Valentina was absolutely horrible. Her customer service was terrible. Saying out loud “oh my god” while sucking her teeth when I tried to have an order remade because it was made wrong. She continued to roll her eyes and say things under her breath. Do better Starbucks.

I love their Impossible Breakfast Sandwich and their lemon loaf. The service is always friendly.Vegetarian options: The Impossible breakfast sandwich is my favorite! They have several vegan milk options.
I'm not a coffee drinker, and was just here to meet a friend. I know Starbucks has a great reputation and looked forward to seeing what was there that I might like. The place was quite busy with people coming in and out. Most did not stay to eat or drink what they purchased. Almost all in line took it to go. The funny thing is that all the smaller tables were occupied by people with backpacks and small computers set up on the tables. These people did not budge the whole time we were there. There was a large conference table with a dozen or so empty seats that we used one end of the long table The menu was almost entirely coffee products, but fortunately they did have unsweet tea available. The tea was quite expensive and when it came time for a refill, it wasn't free, which is customary at most restaurants. Also, I wasn't interested in the limited snacks they had available to eat. Nor was I interested in asking what they cost, because the menu didn't show the price. I doubt I will ever be back again.Parking: Look around the back, which is where we found parking. All the spaces in front, facing Daniels Parkway, were completely filled up.

Places a mobile order, arrived at the specified time (10 mins after placing order on app), sat another 7 mins at the drive-thru window waiting for beverages. First beverage came out fine, Frappuccino had a big chunk of ice in it. For the length of time it took to make the beverages, the barista could have taken an extra minute to make sure beverage was blended thoroughly. Perhaps this was a tactic to make sure we don’t become regular customers.

I come here almost everyday and 3 out of the 7 days a week my coffee is wrong or doesn't taste right I'm honestly over it and would rather make the extra drive to a better Starbucks and I believe his name is nick but he has the worst attitude always so monotone like he doesn't want to be there

This Starbucks is the worst, I never get what I order, it always tastes disgusting.. really disappointing and I still seem to take a chance and try again since it's by my job, never worth it.
