The woman that was making drinks looked like she couldn't wait to get done. She was in no hurry and my drink was horrible. I order a mocha cookie crumble and there are no cookie crumbles and it doesn't really taste like chocolate. It's not the first time I've had it made poorly but come on, isn't there some recipe they are supposed to be following? A smile or some kindness goes a long way too. On a good note, my sandwich was pretty good. Bonus points for the guy making them.
I waited for over 45 minutes in line to order a coffee with cream and sugar. Very simple! It is 5:00am in the morning at RSW with several flights leaving. People want coffee! The gal that is working is working very hard. She is not the problem. There are over 20 people in line and the line is growing longer. The problem is that Starbucks management needs to have more employees working. Another problem is people are ordering on the app and the poor gal must honor those orders first.
