The service is usually quick, even during busy hours. The atmosphere is cozy with plenty of seating, making it a great place to catch up on work or relax. The drinks are good, though a little over price. Specific drinks mentioned include the Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso and the white hot chocolate with whipcream on top, which received particular praise. The location demonstrates great recovery customer service, as when a drink was awful and very, very bitter, the management remade it correctly. While it can get a bit crowded and the drive-thru access is difficult off a busy main road, it is overall a reliable spot. The location is kid-friendly and has wheelchair accessibility.
