“We have a Chili’s closer to us but decided to try this location. I am so glad we did. As soon as the hostess seen us she opened the door for us. I wish I had gotten her name. Our waitress was absolutely amazing thank you Yaritza ( got spelling off the receipt so hope that is correct). She went above and beyond. She was on top of everything, even noticing our chips were low and we had more queso to enjoy and asked if we wanted more. She made sure we didn’t need anything throughout our visit. We will definitely continue to go to this location.“
“We went to this Chili's for lunch to celebrate a reunion with friends. The food and drinks were good, but the waitress who served us—or rather, *didn't* serve us—was terrible. We wanted a second round of margaritas, but the waitress disappeared; a different waiter brought us our food, and we had to ask that other waiter twice for napkins, water, and dessert.“
