“we are having a 'staycation' of sorts to visit Anna Maria Island Beach, and I have to stay, after walking to 5(!) restaurants and being turned away, this amazing restaurant allowed me and my family of 5 to stay. Not only did they welcome us, Doug, our server, laughed with my kiddos, treated us like we were royalty and made our little staycation dinner- well...amazing. This is the kind of place that makes a city it resides in..PROUD. The food was nothing short of amazing, I am celiac and struggle on vacations, knowing where to eat. Thankful to God, that this chef is gluten intolerant - so I could eat just about everything on the menu. Do not be discouraged..they might not have a kids menu, but that did not stop Chateau 13 from editing any dish they were interested in to make them smile. I thought they were going to make me order another side of 'frites' to go!“

“On 08-03-2025 I ate at the Sonny's restaurant at 631 67th St Cir E in Bradenton, FL. This is a family-style BBQ restaurant with a very comfortable and welcoming ambiance. I arrived for dinner and was promptly seated. I had their Big Deal Turkey on a bun with fries, a side order of baked beans, and an unsweet tea. My food arrived in a timely manner and was cooked properly. It came exactly as I ordered it and was very tasty. A variety of sauces were available, and I selected the Sweet sauce. My server during my visit was Danielle. She was very efficient, kept my tea glass filled, and responded to any and all requests I had. I have had Danielle for a server several times before, and I consistently receive superior service from her. She is always friendly and courteous and takes a genuine interest in her customers, making sure that they have a positive dining experience. She is a credit and an asset to the business. I recommend this restaurant and will be returning there again to eat.“

“Took me & my kids out for lunch here, and the food was amazing, my girls had sushi, me & my son had thee hibachi dinner that comes with soup & salad. They serve you fresh good water with lemon with your meal. ( NO TAP WATER). Their smoothies are very good as well and you can add boba. We will be back to eat there. My kids favorite spot right now. “I made reservations for my friend's birthday and 2 other guests were joining us. Unfortunately the reservation went to another Tiramisu in another city. Therefore, no reservations showed when our party arrived. The host was icey, lacked empathy or understanding. He was extremely demeaning and haughty. Finally sat us at a table next to the kitchen which was appreciated. Our waiter was stellar and made everything feel friendly again. The food was outstanding......every course. Im a local for 48 years but the host made me feel like an idiot. Never smiled (not to anyone else arriving later). Maybe not the best first impression to offer your patrons.“

We ordered fried oysters, French fries, and cheese grits, and everything was absolutely delicious. The oysters were fried to perfection, crispy on the outside yet tender and flavorful inside. The cheese grits were just the way I like them—nice and thick—and the fries were a great complement to the meal. Even better, our food arrived quickly and fresh. Our waitress, Lilly, was fantastic, providing friendly and attentive service. We also appreciated how the rest of the staff greeted us warmly as we walked through the restaurant. It’s little details like that that make a place feel extra welcoming. The restaurant itself was clean and well-kept, including the bathrooms, which is always a big plus. Anna Maria Oyster Bar now has four locations, and after this experience, I’d definitely visit again. “Me and my family have been coming here for over a year now and it's absolutely fantastic every time. Every dish is made to order and so so fresh. We typically stick to the rice bowl options but we've tried a few other things and never been disappointed. Their egg drop soup and seaweed salad are amazing appetizers as well, and all the food comes out so fast. The owner and employees always recognize us and greet us with the biggest smile and best service. We modify our bowls to exactly how we like them (encouraged by the owner!!) and the prices are very reasonable, with only a $1 upcharge for some modifications. Plenty of meat in the bowls as well, you will never leave hungry, even if you only ate the meat with no veggies or rice. Overall, amazing customer service and some of the best chinese I've had.“

“This is my all time favorite dimsum place in Sarasota! 姐姐Jodie is my favorite :) my family and I are Chinese and used to live in New York area, so we love good dimsum and this is the closest you can find in SRQ! The staff are nice and the food is amazing. The flavors are much better than any other dimsum place in the area without being overly salty. It’s the best 😍sadly, they do takeout only right now. You can eat there in the inside seating but it’s all in takeout containers. I don’t think they have restaurant internal staff but they’re still bustling and a great spot for a quick lunch! I love their Shumai (pork and shrimp dumplings) and their bbq pork steamed buns“

“We alas finally got the chance to visit this "brilliant" place on 7.24.2024!!! We sat outsyde since indeed we brought our companion- Hamish, our Border Collie. We were immediately accomodated by the hostess with a fan pointed out way (oppresively hot!) and water for Hamish and a view of what was to come! Only the beginnings of great service and outstanding food: Camille P. our hostess came out immediately with smiles, suggestions and patience. We ordered our drinks (starting with 2-Conch Republic Key Lime Wheat beers) and our brilliant appetizer all brought with no rush nor bad tyming! We then ordered our appetizer which was both unique and most tasty- The Caprese Guac! Two more drinks of choice- the Honey Thyme Smoke Olde Fasioned & a Citrus Cannon- again spot on and magical! For our main my wife and I split the Bee Sting Pizza and the Crispy Chicken Cobb Salad both enough for a split of 4 people with a taste and presentation like none other! Our relaxing and "take a breath" meal/day was finished off with a Pinapple Upside Down Cake (had to try it) to go! Needless to go on and on but we couldn't have been more impressed. We have lived in this area for 2+ years and treat ourselves weekly but never has the treat been so outstanding what with Camille P's humor, efficiency and shared knowledge but unique and abundant food we will be equally back for tyme and again... cheers to ownership (always reflected in the professionalism and great atmosphere of staff, thus planning and providing a place second to none!
