Highly recommend sitting at the outdoor patio.Parking: Unlike many restaurants in this area, this place actually has 10-15 spaces which they share with the My Village Pub. Early in the morning there are usually spaces, but these fill quickly as the day goes on. Get there early, or take the free trams to breakfast.“

“Wonderful meal and fun atmosphere in the village part of Siesta Key. Friendly and attentive service. The mussels, short rib appetizer, garlic bread and salad were all great. The calamari were a bit overcooked and we weren't wild about the dipping sauces. But otherwise it was great.“

The guests at our daughter's wedding couldn't stop talking about how wonderful the food was and how much they loved Jessica the bartender. Above and beyond service, food, atmosphere, and everything else. Marc and Chris did a wonderful job getting everything put together and making sure everything was perfect. “I've been here multiple times. The first time was great. The second time wasn't so good as the service was really lacking and food wasn't on par.The last time I came a few days ago it was great! The service was really good and fast. Food came out super hot and everything was good. The first shrimp app was phenomenal and I highly recommend that dish. The steak tacos were good - could have used a little more crema but some hot sauce did the trick. The bowls they have are also very very good!Overall if you're in the key I highly suggest stopping by here for lunch. “Meal was great. Susan was awesome. One of our meals came a late to the table. Manager wanted to comp a dessert as an apology. We obliged him but 20 min later after we had already paid and decided to leave we were still waiting for the dessert. I appreciate the mangers effort, but if wanting to recover the feeling of waiting, maybe stay on the ticket that you’re comping.Susan again was awesome. Meals were also great. Manager could use some work. Had we not waited for the dessert I would have rated the experience higher.“

“We went to this restaurant for my daughters birthday. She had been there previously for her husband‘s birthday, so she wanted to go back for hers. All in all the service was excellent, very attentive. I can’t say I wasn’t happy with my food because he asked my daughter if she wanted her steak medium rare that she had and he didn’t ask me if I wanted my steak on my Noodles meet them where are we are done so when it came, it was medium rare I can’t eat me to where I feel like blood in my mouth so I asked him to go back and make it well done so they actually went back and literally bought the meat to every bite that I took take it tasted like burnt grill Choco pie crispy very unhappy with my meal very dissatisfied but other than that my daughter like to hurtful my son-in-law like this food oh my granddaughter, she did not eat her food but all in all it was OK experience just not happy with my food“

“Our food was delicious and the service Anna provided was impeccable. Capital Grille is our favorite place to celebrate special occasions. This time, it was my husband's 85th birthday so we both ordered the lobster tails, which were offered as one of the specials. Since this was a celebration, I didn't ask the server the price. I must admit that i was a bit taken aback when the bill came and I saw that the lobster was $340. At that price point, I do think they could have included at least one side. Our total bill before the tip was $447. It would be helpful for the servers to state the cost when they explain the specials.“

The breakfasts are really good: Denver omelette with their potatoes, avocado toast, even their grits are tasty. They have biscuits for the dogs as well as a fresh water bowl… what’s not to like? We leave for home tomorrow, so today was our last time for this trip!“

“Went to Bavaro’s tonight for dinner and can’t say enough good things. The ambiance, the service was top notch, the chairs so comfortable and the food was absolutely delicious. Our server Steven (I hope that was his name) was beyond professional and I couldn’t ask for better. Prices are fair and the wine list is inviting. We started with the fire grilled broccolini which was cooked perfectly and absolutely delicious. Had a lovely super Tuscan with my penne with vodka sauce and shrimp. You could literally taste every delicious layer of flavor in this sauce. My boyfriend had the wild grilled salmon and we split the roasted broccolini for an appetizer. Completed with two home made delicious cannoli’s to go. The salmon but it was cooked perfectly and a huge piece of salmon (like 8oz) Will definitely be back and absolutely encourage anyone looking for real authentic Italian to check it out.“

“How does this place only have a 4.1 out of 5 rating, 4.8 MINIMUM!!! We come here three to four times a year every time we come on vacation in Sarasota and I’ve never had more of a consistently perfect meal anywhere. Prime rib is literally perfection. Professional waitstaff and excellent bartenders. Manager has always right before your meal has finished stopped at the table to make sure you’re happy. A+“

“I read the reviews online (I’m from out of state) and couldn’t be happier w the cake I ordered for my father’s 80th birthday. The customer service was outstanding, especially the woman who I met in the store when I picked up my order. She was such a lovely person and so helpful. She helped me pick out some other pastries and helped me carry my goodies to the car. The chocolate buttercream frosting on the cake reminded me of the icing my grandfather used to make. Everything was wonderful and so delicious. Everyone loved the cake! Thank you!“

“Great Happy Hour If you can score a seat at the bar or at a table in the bar area and it’s before 5:45pm, you can get a great deal. Drinks, including their house cocktails and most of their wines, are half off. There’s a nice list of small plates at excellent prices that are also available. We started with a couple of good cocktails. Then we shared the delicious happy hour fried shrimp. We followed that with the happy hour mussels—one of the best bowl of mussels I’ve had in a while. It was served with a basket of bread that was perfect to sop up the lovely mussel broth. Next we had the happy hour ceviche which was a generous serving and really tasty. We moved off the happy hour menu to get the Monkfish, which is discounted in the early evening. You don’t see monkfish on menus very often, and this one was very good. It comes with a soup or salad and we chose the delicious clam chowder. The plate it nicely composed with a starch and veg accompanying the monkfish. A shout out to our server, Barbara, who was very kind, helpful and efficient and moved us along at a pleasant, unrushed pace. We enjoyed our dinner very much and we hope to return.“
