“We had dinner last night and can’t stop talking about how much we enjoyed the food and service! We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and the host treated us to prosecco while we waited for our table. The filet, the halibut, the lobster tails, the desserts (especially the chocolate cake!) was all absolutely delicious!! Our server was wonderful as well! “My husband and I recently had the pleasure if dining at Sophie’s, in Saks Fifth Avenue in Sarasota. What an amazing experience. The decor both inside and outside so chic. We had Matty as our waitress. She was spot on with top notch service and a wonderful personality. We started with a bread basket of assorted toppings, delicious. He had the Tai chicken. Well prepared and perfect with seasoning. I had on of the best burger ever. Cooked and seasoned perfectly at medium rare with tasty fries. The manager checked on us several times, a nice touch you don’t see anymore. If you happen to be in the area at the mall, I highly recommend this restaurant. You will not be disappointed. We will be back.“

“Today, Saturday the 2ns of May was the first time I visited any of these Restaurants. So I read all the negative responses of other customers. I had quite the opposite findings. 1. It was lunch and not dinner but there was no waiting for a table for 5. 2. We had a student waiter and his coach that were very attentive. 3. The first thing I asked for was Unsweetened Ice Tea and they had it. 4. I had heard about their meatballs being so great, and they were great but small. 5. It was the best Spaghetti sauce I've ever had in a Restaurant. Most are under cooked, this one wasn't.. Being raised in an Italian family, this is the only one I would come back for. 6. The Wife had a Salad and enjoyed it with enough to take home. 7. The food came out in 15 minutes flat. The drinks were immediate. 8. The Men's room decor was perfect and clean.. While others had bad service and other problems, we had excellent service and good food.“

I've personally not had anything else on their menu. I've heard the Cuban sandwich is a 5 also.
Everything I've seen come out of their lil kitchen has looked delicious. But 5 stars 🌟.. the staff always friendly, the owner always making his rounds, saying hi and helping the staff.
Atmosphere, eclectic is the first word that comes to mind, paper towels, not napkins.. remember it is what they call it; an Old Packing House made into a café! Enjoy your visit ans thanks for supporting small, locally owned businesses.“

“prime rib special was delicious. reservations were at 6:15. it was so loud in the restaurant we couldn't talk to our friends at the table next time, I'm eating outside Then a couple came in with a southeastern guide dog who laid down by my leg I really didn't appreciate this since I am not a dog lover and it is an expensive place to eat.“

She truly went above and beyond. When I asked if the brownies had nuts, since I do not care for them, she made a point to ask if I had a peanut allergy to make sure I would be safe. It showed a level of care that you rarely see. The owner also stopped by our table to greet us, which was a very nice personal touch. “Today was my 1st time at Culvers, I came to the one on Fruitville Rd in Sarasota, FL and I went to order on the drive thru, a young man greeted me and I told him this was my 1st time here and I didnt know what to order then he told me he could help me, I placed my order for a burger, fries and a drink. Went to pay and I saw the young man who took my order, Donovan was his name. I asked for a manager and I told him what a pleasant and great experience I had with Donovan. His customer service skills are phenomenal and management needed to know about it. We definitely need more people like Donovan to work in Customer Service.
