The customer service was amazing planning a wedding 1300 miles away! The display of the wedding cake was beyond amazing. “While we enjoyed the food and appreciated them accommodating our large group size, I wish their website was more upfront with not really being a kid friendly spot. No high chairs available. No kids menu available. The 9 year old and 12 year old in our group each ended up with $54 entrees. The pace of our meal was also painfully slow from apps to dessert. This would be fine for adults looking for a leisurely dinner but it just wasn’t necessary for our group and I would have appreciated our waitress reading the needs of our group better. 3 filets we ordered medium rare for our group all came well, which was disappointing.
We will be back but without kids.“

She anticipated our needs without ever being intrusive, kept our drinks full, made excellent recommendations, and made us feel like valued guests throughout the entire meal.

Great service can make a good meal unforgettable, and Jill did exactly that. Her professionalism, positive attitude, and attention to detail were exceptional. It’s clear she takes pride in what she does, and it shows.

“good place, but the dog on the bar/barstools has to go. every waitstaff person pets that dog and never wash their hands. if its a service animal, it needs to be on the floor, not being fed at the bar by employees and patrons, which i have witnessed.“

She was incredibly friendly and hospitable, making us feel right at home from the moment we sat down at the pool area. Cindy promptly took our drink orders and brought them with a smile, then followed up to take our food order. Everything—from the delicious fish tacos to the perfectly cooked quesadillas—was spot on. “This is THE SPOT. Wow! Their famous Chicken and biscuit was so delicious, juicy and flavorful. Home fries….yes! Kids had Mickey Mouse pancakes and yes, I snuck a few bites. His contagious smile and fun personality made us feel like we were having dinner with a long-time friend. He kept us laughing and took excellent care of us. The Beach House is very blessed to have Collin as a part of your team. He truly went above and beyond to make our entire experience excellent. We jokingly told Collin that we came to the island looking for a sugar daddy. After meeting him, we would consider becoming sugar mamas :)“

We had the pineapple, upside down, pancake, an omelette, fruit salad, muffins, BLT sandwich, grits, peach, cobbler, and scrambled eggs. The fruit was fresh and delicious. Everything else was spot on delicious!

This particular restaurant was the first one that we had visited back 25 years ago and it is so amazing that we have talked about it ever since. When we came back down this time, we had to stop here.

We had an event and our catering that we prepaid for didn’t show up. If you know basils then you know they always have an impressive spread of chicken over the open flame and I had 60 hungry home visitors to feed. I called at 12pm and asked for the manager, told her the situations she said she could have chicken, salad, broccoli, mashed potatoes, and pita bread ready for me in an hour. She did and of course it was amazing as always. So grateful that they saved the day. Everyone loved the food! Thank you so much.“

The owners Staci and Josh have worked so hard alongside their staff to bring back the Boiler Room and boy have they outdone themselves! We have been many times since they re-opened the doors, and every time has been great service and delicious food. Kid approved too! They were also very accommodating when we brought 11 family members in for Monday night football! We cannot recommend Boiler Room enough. YUM!“

“A very pleasant surprise that we stumbled upon. We decided to drive back into IMG at the 53rd Street entrance. We found the Legacy hotel. That’s where we found the cozy Icon grill. It happened to be happy hour an appetizers were half off along with drink specials. The food was excellent and we have shared this special place with many friends. The atmosphere was a bit loud since it sits almost in the hotel lobby. The outside is quiet and beautiful, sitting on a small lagoon.“

“Excellent all the food, my wife and I visit Golden Corral 2 or 3 times a month, and we do it with great pleasure and because the service of the staff is very good,,,,,but today, we had a meeting of 10 people, and I arrived first to reserve 2 tables, but the manager Jeffrey, told me that I could not do that, and with a very bad attitude, he told me that if I did not like it I should leave, and I did not like this treatment towards me, and I replied that I did not like his attitude, and he told me that if I wanted to fight,,,,I replied no,,, what I wanted him to change his attitude towards the consumer, I hope that they correct the behavior of the manager Jeffrey. “When I get off of work most places in the area aren't open because it's almost midnight, I'm able to drive over here in about 10 minutes or so, good food and reasonably priced... If only all other franchises like this were open a little later. Definitely recommend this place.“
