We went in early December on a weeknight, we made a reservation, it turned out. It wasn’t really that busy, about half full perhaps. We were seated immediately at an intimate table near the window in the far room room. Very quaint dining room. Formal. Our waiter was very attentive. We got a bottle of wine. 2024 update: The Haye Loft continues to be one of our all time FAVORITE places on Longboat Key. Sammy and J-hon are the BEST and have ALWAYS provided GREAT customer service. The service, drinks & food make for a wonderfully fun and relaxing evening catching up with all the regular customers.

We have loved our annual “special meal & experience” at Euphemia Haye. Last night the restaurant was full and we sat in the “hidden section” out front to right of entrance. We sat for almost 30 minutes with no server to take our cocktail order, never had this experience. Another server noticed and got our drinks, another brought us bread.
