Sometimes visiting Applebee’s is a hit or miss on the kind of service you will receive, but at the Cortez location in Bradenton, FL, despite the restaurant being busy, all the servers and managers were extremely kind, attentive, and helpful. The music was not too loud, everything was clean, the food was delicious, and the manager even went out of her way to correct a misunderstanding with our order. My family and I recently ate at Cortez Applebees while I was in town. Our server Emily was super attentive and went above and beyond to make our dining experience great. We’ve always loved Applebees food but having a super sweet fun light hearted server made our experience that much more enjoyable.

Ordered app and burgers margs and long islands. Food was good as were the cocktails. But what was exceptional to me was the service. One of best experiences I’ve had at an Applebees. Host was friendly. And Sandy our server was exceptional. Very attentive and friendly!
