Fantastic meal. Beach Bistro is a special place. The four course menu has several options per course. Every dish was a work of art. Gourmet from start to end. Knowledgeable and attentive service. Beautiful interior bar and dining room.
Beach Bistro absolutely lived up to the hype. The filet was incredibly tender and cooked perfectly, and even the bread was memorable — the honey and sea salt combination was amazing. The tartare was excellent as well.
For dessert, I had the dark chocolate dessert and my wife had the passion fruit panna cotta. I ended up mixing the two together, and the combination was 🔥🔥🔥. The rich dark chocolate with the bright passion fruit was unreal.

The bistro is back!! Incredible service and food and the best food in manatee and Sarasota county ! It's a course menu. Plan to be here for sunset for sure. But it's a great spot for a drink too. My suggestion is to make reservation as it is a very intimate restaurant. Overall best spot on AMI !!
