“i would love to say the location is the bomb but it's not!!! old location may have been smaller but was way more organized. I never had any mess up orders. I have been to the new location 3 times now. I should know to check my bag! broccoli cheese soup bowl, drink and cookie ordered. where's my bread bowl??? Also let's get some organization like line markers to tell people where to stand to wait. front of the house taking orders need to be able to communicate with the customers. yes I love panera but yall got that nice new big restaurant so better!!!“
