i would love to say the location is the bomb but it's not!!! old location may have been smaller but was way more organized. I never had any mess up orders. I have been to the new location 3 times now. I should know to check my bag! broccoli cheese soup bowl, drink and cookie ordered. where's my bread bowl??? Also let's get some organization like line markers to tell people where to stand to wait. front of the house taking orders need to be able to communicate with the customers....read full review
The food was fine, but a little overpriced. The place is clean.
Love this place! Healthy sandwiches that tastes good. Also love the cream of chicken and wild rice soup. Broccoli cheddar is pretty amazing too.

Panera Bread continues to offer a variety of fresh and wholesome menu options, though the quality has been inconsistent at times. The salad with chicken was found to be overly vinegary, and the chicken tasted processed. However, the iced tea was positively delicious. The new Bradenton, Florida location is smaller, with bright lighting and lacks the intimate atmosphere of booths. Despite the changes, the staff remains friendly and helpful. While the Green Space adjacent to the outdoor seating area is unfortunately littered with cigarette butts, the overall customer service at Panera Bread is commendable, with staff resolving order mix-ups promptly and without additional charges. The larger new location presents opportunities for improved organization, such as line markers and better communication between front-of-house staff and customers.
