One of our favorite places. Reminds me of us a nice Italian restaurant in the north end of Boston
Very friendly staff, especially Hannah. She is always smiling and is very efficient. You can tell she loves her job by the way she treats her guests! Piesanos is one of our go to restaurant's for that reason and not to mention the great tasting food!
Awesome Italian cuisine in Lakewood Ranch! Consistently excellent service and food. Lovely management and wait staff! Very nice outdoor patio dining overlooking the lake : ) Our favorite local spot!

Piesanos Stone Fired Pizza is a go-to spot for Italian and pizza in LWR. The food is consistently delicious, with amazing pizza and wonderful calzones that are well made and always ready on time. The bread is delicious, and the sauce to dip on the side is a treat. The spaghetti and meatballs can be drowning in the marinara, and sometimes the chicken in the pasta is a bit dry. The tiramisu is a favorite, with soaked lady fingers, though the presentation could use work. The pomegranate martinis are killer. Service is outstanding, with staff keeping guests informed on food status and always having a refill drink ready. One bartender is especially personable and fun, getting orders just right. Another server was sweet and professional. However, service at the bar can be slow, and the restaurant runs a bit cool, which can be uncomfortable if not dressed properly. The cook sometimes lets the pizza get too dark. Despite these issues, many guests are never disappointed and return frequently.
