Been coming to this Taco Bell on Garnet Trail for a while now and I always get the Supreme Luxe Box. Most of the time it’s solid, but one time they completely messed up my order — wrong items, missing stuff, the whole thing. I brought it back up and Coco, the manager, took care of it right away. I had a complicated order and they made it fast with great service.
Very hit or miss with the service. Disinterested mumbling at the drive thru. Not sure why they ask if you want any sauces, since you never get any in the bag. Pretty rare to get a single napkin, either. Occasionally good service, but more often than not it's just lazy people there who seem to think that doing their job is asking way too much of them.
