Just listen to the reviews. Rice has been hard for several months now. My steak was so overcooked, i couldn’t tell what meat it was.Management needs to step in, I am not coming back.
March 12 we stopped to get dinner at 9:50 when a young employee locked the doors and wouldn’t allow my husband to walk in. There was absolutely no reason other than “they were closing”, as someone who worked in customer service before and the fast food industry I understand wanting to get out early, but there’s no reason our service should have gotten denied 10 minutes prior to closing when the closing time is 10 PM. 2 years ago it was always pretty good coming here since then quality has dropped off. It’s so inconsistent sone times it taste like there is no seasoning other times the rice taste like straight salt. i just ordered and my rice in crunchy it’s disappointing it used to be reliable here.
