“Hubby had the cod, ff and coleslaw. The cod was perfectly breaded very lightly, the french fries yummy and we never got to the coleslaw (taking home leftovers). I had the shrimp scampi fettuccine, in butter sauce – Yum! The bread with the oil dip was wonderful. I highly recommend this place and wish they were much closer to where I live (SRQ airport-could replace Primos! I’m just suggesting).”

“Celebrated our wedding anniversary at Libby’s and this was the first time for my wife. We found the LWR location to be convenient, great atmosphere, with a broad menu! Portions were bordering on excessive! But we powered through some absolutely delicious food! The staff ensured we were well taken care! Carlos especially was outstanding and made sure we had a memorable and tasty anniversary dinner! She ordered the orange chicken I had the brisket burger with truffle fries You can be sure We’ll be back! Soon!! Thank you Libby’s and staff for a great evening!”

“Celebrated my parents 50th wedding anniversary there last night. It was a wonderful experience between the beautiful interior, flavorful meals, great wine list ,sever Joe (Giuseppe) was very attentive along with sommelier pouring our wine. To finish the night we met the proprietor, Luca…so nice and oddly enough shared memories of his town in Sicily near where we are from. We will be back!! Grazie a tutti!”

“Had an amazing lunch at Lakewood Ranch Deli! The portions are extremely generous, was perfect for my husband and I to share!! And they let me try the tuna salad before ordering….and she gave us a sample of the gumbo soup which was amazing!! Have been looking for a great local deli in LWR and we just found our new fav!!”

“I made a reservation for four for prime rib. After ordering the staff said all gone. Normally this place honors its reservations but not tonight The manager came over and was smiling at us. Bad service and poor management. Be careful what you wish for.”

“We hosted a group of 20+ high school senior football players for dinner last night at The Lodge and everything was exceptional. From working with Gabriella on the event, to Chris handling the food and beverage pre-orders, Alexis was amazing with our group. Super flexible and easy going as a server with our guests at this function. The food was OUTSTANDING! In fact, we ordered two more rounds of appetizers throughout the night - even after entrees were coming out because the boys liked them so much - thank you to Adam & Co. for continually delivering food to this hungry crowd. One mom texted this morning saying her son said it was the best food he ever had.

Separate from last evening, The Lodge always has incredible customer service with long term staff, which is always a good sign. From Matt the Food & Beverage Director, Victor - server extraordinaire ( and practically part of our family), and Adam who is always on shift when we decide to go to the Lodge and greets us with a smile and great service. This great team along with all those that made last night a huge success are truly outstanding. Thank you.”

“Great location to grab a few drinks and a bite to eat! We went on a Thursday evening and really enjoyed the atmosphere with live music, a fire going outside, and a fun space for kids to play. It made for a really relaxing and family-friendly environment where everyone could enjoy themselves. They have a smaller food selection, but what we ordered was good and paired well with the overall experience. Definitely a nice spot to hang out for the evening.”
