Serious issues with poor customer service and a condescending attitude by bar service. Makes the entire experience far less than expected.
Asked for a Cabernet, got it poured in a short highball glass. When asking about no wine glass, the bartender said "no wine glass because we have to hand wash them. If you want a wine glass, you have to order by the bottle." Walked away mumbling "tastes the same". Attitude really needs improvement.
WOW! We went last night while in town for a soccer tournament in Tampa.. Drove out to Sarasota to visit family and my cousin suggested here... and WOW the food was AMAZING! The service was FANTASTIC. The atmosphere was even better. This place is a must while in town!
