I feel so profoundly grateful to this incredible establishment for the love and kindness they showed my son, Finn, during his time with them. From the moment he started working there, he was welcomed with open arms by the owner, the manager, and the entire staff. They treated him like one of their own, fostering an environment filled with camaraderie and joy. Finn cherished every moment of his time at Michelangelo's, especially as he worked his way up to the “slices” position from bussing tables. At just 19 years old, he had been working since he was 16, and of all the places he joined, this was where he truly felt at home. Their generosity was boundless—they consistently provided us with free food on multiple occasions, and their warm-heartedness shone brightly during Finn’s Memorial Celebration at Bayside when they offered us free food to honor his memory. It was these selfless acts that made an indelible mark on our hearts, showcasing the kind of extraordinary people they are. I’ll never forget the evening of August 6th, just three days before Finn passed. I had the privilege of watching him work while enjoying dinner with my daughter. Sitting in the booth, I observed him taking orders, pulling pizzas in and out of the brick oven, and calling out orders with such grace. The way he juggled so many tasks with a smile on his face filled me with pride. I even managed to sneak in a few pictures, moments I will forever treasure. “I had some issues with my order on 11/20/25, with the delivery process. It had been a while since I ordered so I called and they kindly explained what the issue was. Unfortunately there was another issue where the order got sent to the wrong location, but Bob the store manager had it remade and personally delivered to me. He explained how they are short staffed and doing their best to keep up with the orders they get. It’s completely understandable how hectic things can get when you can only do so much with what you have. Bob is doing great, and handled the situation wonderfully. With how things are right now, just trying to do your job can be difficult, but y’all are working through it to the best of your abilities. So thank you for being kind during a difficult situation and I hope others are kind to you all in turn.“

And, for you West Virginia's who miss your state's famous "pepperoni rolls" - Attardi's has them, and they're as good or better than any you can get in the Mountaineer state. George the owner/chef has amazing attention to detail, cooks everything perfectly with the finest ingredients. He's a perfectionist (you can tell by watching him). This place is a gem. Just Fyi.“

My daughters, both adults now, who grew up eating slices in many of NYC & Long Island's best pizzerias love coming into Solorzano's and ordering the "classic" NY lunch order...... "One & One", a regular cheese slice and a Sicilian (square) slice. Whenever we go to lunch it is always Solorzano's. we sit in the back, eat our pizza and feel like we are back on Long Island grabbing a few slices after a day at Jones Beach or Eisenhower Park.... don't forget to wash down your pizza with a Manhattan Special!“

“Kaylee was AMAZING!! She was one of the best servers ever!! She was so sweet and kind. We cane with a group and she was top notch!! I saw that she had a lot of tables but she remained calm and treated us so well, we didn’t feel rushed. The food was great, I love the veggie pizza!! At the end when we all went to pay she was very patient and she even told us that because we were a large party that gratuity was added, which a lot of people do not do that. The other day, my coworkers and I tried their delivery service—expected in 40 minutes, but just 5 minutes later it was already on the way, fresh and perfect. From helping mom get inside with her walker to the outstanding service for a party of 9 to the fantastic food, we were so impressed. You can taste the love in every bite! They make their pasta and focaccia in-house and you can certainly taste the difference from dried bulk pasta. We tried a variety of options from soups, salads, pasta and stuffed focaccia sandwiches-all were so delicious. The restaurant is quaint and they made us feel like family that came in for a delicious home cooked meal. We will be back! This is my new favorite restaurant!“
