“Wow Wow Wow! Absolutely delicious and authentic Italian food! I never order pasta from a pizza joint... I'm way too serious about my pasta. I took a chance on Capo as I'd had a slice of their eggplant pizza and it was fabulous. I orded the rigatoni bolognese, and requested penne as a substitute. It was heaven. The sauce was perfect - the amount of garlic was subtley handled as was the rest of the seasoning. No bitterness and not too sweet either. You can tell the sauce had been cooked awhike and not rushed. The meat was high quality and the coupe de gras was to burrata! A huge helping of cheese right in the middle of the dish. The serving was huge... I only needed it for myself and I got 3 meals from it. Of course as all pasta lovers know it was even better the second day. I had the good fortune to be offered a meatball to try by the owner. I went back the next week for an order of meatballs and tried the gnocchi. Highly highly highly recommend giving this place a try!!!“

Happy 1st anniversary! I'll take the whole meau and try it all! Meatballs, garlic bread ball, cheese balls and for dessert a baseball cake ball if you have that! I also will like to take couple of swings of those buffalo wings hopefully it gives me a Grand slam smash Burger home run. although it's spring training! I need that real philly taste. To drive it back to Clearwater at Phillies philly spring training camp! I am dying for that taste of that real philly special cheese steak Italian style and that real Italian stallion sandwich that's light out and it knock your shore right off your feet! Omg! Don't forget that philly cheese as well with any kinda pasta that melts in your mouth and down your stomach that you will good hmmm. That was very tasty. That Florida doesn't even have and they cannot even make it correctly that other Florida Italian restaurants and made up philly steak places cannot even make. Pretty tried going back and forward going home to Philadelphia to get these types of delicious Italian food even philly cheese steak. Forget about it about Arizona Italian food. then back to Florida. No other Italian real taste. Finally there is a real Italian restaurant. In westnorth of Florida. Can't wait to get a taste of Fresta's that everyone in Bradenton area is talking about the Philly! philly! Style. 😋 God knows hopefully this real Italian restaurant grow across the state of Florida. My daughters, both adults now, who grew up eating slices in many of NYC & Long Island's best pizzerias love coming into Solorzano's and ordering the "classic" NY lunch order...... "One & One", a regular cheese slice and a Sicilian (square) slice. Whenever we go to lunch it is always Solorzano's. we sit in the back, eat our pizza and feel like we are back on Long Island grabbing a few slices after a day at Jones Beach or Eisenhower Park.... don't forget to wash down your pizza with a Manhattan Special!“

I've had to same waitress and I don't remember her name but shes also fabulous and needs the credit too! I live about an hour away but I will forever go out of my way for this pizza if I can. Then a large sized garden salad which was good, then the capellini with maranara sauce and sausage and all wonderful!! I didnt feel rushed and my food came out as I finished one meal and not all at once, the pasta was not watery like most places and sausage was so good!! “Great pizza. Loved the cacio e pepe gluten free crust pizza. The garlic spinach artichoke dip was also amazing. The bowls are also yummy options. They have happy hour on weekdays and those prices are much more reasonable.
Its a fun environment. They have indoor & outdoor bar options. But too many love bugs to actually enjoy sitting outdoors. Bar service was top notch but it was also super slow on the day we were in.“

So when I got my delivery, my items were missing so I called the actual store and talk to Otto the manager and he told me what to do to correct it and the driver went back. “We’re from out of town(North Fla) and stopped in for the first time last night. We’ve passed through this area a few times, and I’ll admit the exterior gave us a a little pause, but we are so glad we didn’t pass it up! The food and service were genuinely fantastic! Our server was incredibly attentive, and we noticed every server treating their tables with the same energy; friendly, engaged, and on top of things. Portions were generous, and the prices were very fair, IMHO. The music was at the perfect volume. It wasn’t packed, but it definitely wasn’t empty either. For a Saturday around 5 PM, the wait time for our food was totally reasonable. Overall, we were really impressed with our visit! We’ll be back every time we’re in the area, and we already recommended it to our family in Siesta Key, South Sarasota, and Bradenton.“

Like the ones in the commercials, until I ordered from this little Caesars. Not once but twice, the pizzas looked almost too good to eat. Seriously I am impressed. Y'all deserve a raise.“
