I had an extremely disappointing and humiliating experience at Greyson’s Restaurant in Palmetto, I went in to pick up an order that I had already placed and paid for, but the staff treated me as if I hadn’t ordered anything at all. They insisted there was no record of my order and offered no assistance in resolving the issue. I returned home to get my phone as proof, only to discover I had been charged $47.08 but was only refunded $44.00.

I want to thank your wait staff for not taking the time to take our order AT ALL for nearly 20 minutes. As server after server would mosy out on the patio, ignoring me and my company’s presence. No one bothered to ask if we were being assisted, or even bothered acknowledging our presence. So we went to Beef O’ Brady’s and received someone to grab our drink order within 3 minutes of sitting down.
