Everything seemed fresh. The blackened chicken was very flavorful. The vegetables weren't great but they were decent. The red quinoa with lemon was flavorless, it tasted like they just cooked quinoa plain and dumped it in the bowl. No salt, nothing. I decided to forego the sauces and get vegetable broth instead. I wanted to avoid sugar or unhealthy oils in sauces, and thought pouring a little bit of flavorful broth on might be good. My mistake.... The broth was virtually unsalted...read full review
I was looking for something similar to fresh kitchen but closer to home. Tried this and loved it! I got a coupon and tried a teriyaki salmon bowl. I’m spoiled now. Didn’t like the chicken as much but would still recommend it!

March 26th was my second day trying So Fresh. AMAZING food. The staff was friendly, my order was fresh, and it was a breeze to pick up. The staff members called me by name and gave me a warm exit after picking up my order. I’ve already told many coworkers about So Fresh. Thank you So Fresh Lakewood Ranch for keeping it fresh, even during the busy lunch hour.
