2 years ago it was always pretty good coming here since then quality has dropped off. It’s so inconsistent sone times it taste like there is no seasoning other times the rice taste like straight salt. i just ordered and my rice in crunchy it’s disappointing it used to be reliable here.

Just listen to the reviews. Rice has been hard for several months now. My steak was so overcooked, i couldn’t tell what meat it was.Management needs to step in, I am not coming back.

March 12 we stopped to get dinner at 9:50 when a young employee locked the doors and wouldn’t allow my husband to walk in. There was absolutely no reason other than “they were closing”, as someone who worked in customer service before and the fast food industry I understand wanting to get out early, but there’s no reason our service should have gotten denied 10 minutes prior to closing when the closing time is 10 PM. Not to mention there were still people inside. This location is ran by teenagers and this was absolutely unacceptable.additionally had a crying newborn in the car. This was our quick meal for the night after a long day. Absolutely disappointed. Never experienced this before at chipotle.

We got food from there tonight! Got our orders wrong and now my husband is sick.Very rude employees and unprofessional. Where is the adult that is responsible for this location? Rice was hard, almost broke a tooth. Shut this place down please! Go to urban taco! So much better.

This location is DISGUSTING & deserves to be reported to the health department. Multiple times I’ve ordered vegetarian meals & there’s been huge chunks of meat in my food. There’s so much cross contamination here and the employees could care less. Based on the horrible reviews chipotle needs to wipe out whoever’s managing here because they’re doing a terrible job. Go to urban taco that’s right down the road
This location is probably one of the worst chipotles in the area. The cooking staff has their own music BLARING so loud (on top of the music that the “restaurant” already puts on) that I can barely hear myself telling the person what I want.Today specifically, the person putting together my order couldn’t even hear me properly. I had to tell her three times that I wanted a kid’s build on your own soft taco, and I ended up with a bowl with three hard tacos …. Make that make sense.A GM really needs to stop by unexpectedly to set things straight. It’s a problem when staff and customers can’t even hear each other.

This experience has resulted in me never returning to a Chipotle again. I requested extra cheese and did not ask for any additional toppings other than rice and protein. I was told that due to "protocol", I was not able to get extra cheese with my order even at an additional cost.I was told that "due to him being a new employee, the way he was trained was 'x' amount of cheese (I have never seen this minimal amount of cheese put on any order at any location since 2012 when I went every day) and COULD NOT put any more cheese on my bowl. The person in front of me received three - four times the amount of cheese on their bowl. I questioned the employee on when this "protocol" went into effect. The employee immediately became confrontational with me and told me that this was "my problem and I could speak to his manager if I pleased". Due to the way I was treated I will not be returning to any location in the future. The quality of the steak has gone down significantly in the last 10 years, yet costs almost double the price. The employees that they are hiring are not customer friendly and do not know how to treat customers or cut the steak properly.Dietary restrictions: Highly allergic to beans

Given that was 330 in the afternoon however, at chipotle, you never know how busy they are at any time.Vegetarian options: I always get the burrito bowl with both rice, both beans, veggies, pico, green sauce, corn, guacamole, and Romain
