Tropicana is a large and bustling restaurant, known for its efficient service and variety of offerings. The restaurant is praised for its quick turnaround, though some customers have encountered issues with signage and security staff attentiveness. The parking situation can be challenging, with tight spaces and unclear signage directing drivers where to go. Security checks can be inhospitable at times, but the scalehouse and checkout security staff are often friendly. The restaurant is a popular choice for those looking to pick up a quick meal or load, especially since their web site helps check trailer readiness, allowing customers to stay on schedule. While some customers prefer live loads due to delays with drop and hooks or empty trailers, others find the process straightforward once familiar with procedures. Despite minor inconveniences, Tropicana remains a reliable and convenient option for many diners and drivers.
