Great service!
This was my first time at this location. I ordered my smoothie through the app and it was ready at the online order counter by the time I arrived. I was greeted when I walked in by the girl behind the counter, as well as told to have a nice day when I got my order and went to leave. The restaurant was clean inside and although there were no other customers, every employee was busy working. I'll definitely be returning!
I would give this establishment more stars, but it doesn't matter the time I come during the week, the drive thru is so slow, and that's only with one or two cars in it.
Update: Their service has greatly improved!

Tropical Smoothie Cafe is a restaurant that serves delicious food and smoothies. The buffalo wrap is a highlight, and the smoothies are a great value for the price. The staff is friendly, making customers feel at home. Although there was an issue with curbside pickup, the drive-thru service is quick and efficient. The açaí bowl is a popular item, but be aware that it may arrive slightly melted. The restaurant has a small parking lot and is wheelchair accessible. Overall, Tropical Smoothie Cafe is a great spot for a tasty meal or snack.
