It is a huge place, but it lacks signage once you are inside and the security staff be more attentive to their work, I had to leave cargo here, the first security sent me to a reception place that was not the correct one, when I arrived To the other door, an African American woman didn't even want to see my sheet to give me instructions on where I had to deliver my load. In the end it took me 45 minutes just to find the correct delivery place.

Nice experience delivering to this place. The security person signs your bol s allows you in side, you park and the yard truck driver gives you door. Be careful there's many rail tracks. Some door are too narrow. When you are empty just go to the gate. Your bills are already signed at security entrance.

Last time I was overweight, and this time my load wasn't ready until the next day! I won't come back unless I desperately need a load out of Florida.

The Carolina Boss

First time in awhile my load wasn't ready, but only waited 2 hrs. Usually drop/hook & go.

Easy in easy out. However, if you need to weigh it out the closest places are north i75 44 miles away first exit on i4. The other if going south is in Punta Gordo at the Pilot. It is 57 miles away. The One9 in Braedonton does not have a scale or parking. Once you check in at guard shack go past the next shack. Then go over the railroad tracks. Usually the first row you see on the left is to drop empties and row A. Then row "B" is where you pick up the loads. Row "C" is loads also, but really your trailer loaded trailer will be in A,B, or C. The post it you received from the guard shack will have your trailer number on it that you are picking up. Make sure to write the seal number on it before you return back to the guard shack on your way out, thus, saving you another trip to the back of the trailer. Pick up your paperwork when leaving. After you receive your paperwork pull out to the street in the turning lane to finish up with whatever you have to do before heading out. Keep the shiny side up everyone and have a great life.

People here are always friendly and efficient. Arrived at 0715 for an 0800 live load. On the road at 0957. Nor bad.

I have to give it 5 stars. Quick unload and the staff/ security were great. I had to go the back warehouse (#19). It had plenty of room. Be sure you have a seal or padlock. They are serious about that. I did not see any overnight parking.

This place has the rudest people working here on top of being super unorganized ….. you pull in check in with the guard she tells you to go find row “C” park and wait there… no more information…. 2 hours later a yard dog will come get you I was unlucky enough to get door 9 that’s in the corner, where they leave their forklifts all over the place as well as drive behind you as your backing up … going to have to check in with OSHA see what they think … and once in door 2 more hours

Easy to get to off the HWY 301. Check in with guard shack. No open toed shoes or shorts, must have high vis vest. Dropped our trailer and our load was ready hours before pickup. You can check on their website to see if your load is ready.

Most of the time loads are ready when they're supposed to be but the pay is something to be desired I never pull a Tropicana load unless it gets me to where I need to be
