“Didn’t have to wait long, food was fresh, my fries fresh as well and the guy who took my order did a great job, fast and efficient; 10/10 for the service. The only thing I didn’t like was the homeless people outside, it didn’t make me feel safe and I feel it looks bad, but for the rest service was great.“
“I've always liked the chargrilled burgers over fried ones. So, for fast food burgers, the King still rules for me. Two changes, the Whopper needs mustard on it. And, seeing as we are trying to get our fries on point, just make them the wide and thick steak fries and do them right, in the fat of choice, the tallow. THEN you would have fries that ruled alongside your Burger's Mr. King, and they wouldn't need to apologize... You're a hamburger joint for cripes sake...No one is expecting health food or vegetarian food for that matter. And why don't you get crazy and do COKE AND PEPSI? There, now no one is upset that they CAN'T get the the best soda. THAT would make you a stand out among the burger club...“
“The manager is always on point and this location has actual staff that act like real people that give a n S about pride in their work and giving you your correct order. It's my preferred Burger joint and I appreciate the staff and managers for doing a great job and for being very pleasant to interact with! Thanks guys!“
“This Burger King used to always be out of stock on many options. Here lately they have really turned it around. Still a little slower in the drive through but the food is always properly prepared. Presentation and warmth of food has been great. Good job to the team for making good changes.“
“Just wanted to say I had The pleasure of visiting here today and I went through the drive-through pretty quickly and the person working in the drive-through has these like cool tattoos and he was just super welcoming, super nice and very attentive, and I appreciated the service and atmosphere he gave. I think working fast food is definitely one of the hardest jobs to do since it’s demanding. you’re on your feet and have to be pretty on top of things to keep on a schedule and I appreciated the positive experience he gave.“

But every Burger King I’ve been too lately is understaffed and slow.
Have an idea. I hate McDonald’s burgers. Why don’t you sell the whopper recipe with revenue sharing to McDonald’s? McDonald’s is super efficient. It’s obvious that you are not making any money. It would be a win-win. McDonald’s something besides breakfast with taste on their menu you would probably make more money working through McDonald’s.“
