Burger King in Bradenton

“As we walked up to the door, a female employee was walking out to bring a customer their order. She very politely said “hello, how are y’all”. That was a pleasant surprise! As soon as we walked through the door a man greeted us and asked if he could take our order. Very pleasant and polite. My wife and I have a joke whenever we receive poor customer service; He/she don’t like their job!” This was NOT the case today!!!!
As we ate we could hear the enter action with other customers. These two individuals were very consistent with everyone. It was so noticeable as we were leaving I asked for their names. Corrine and Gerard. These two are the perfect examples of what customer service looks like!!!! They should be given a raise and promoted to the next level. We will definitely go back to this Burger King!!! We have one that’s literally a half mile from our house and we pass it up.“

“Gabe, Burger King another chance and much to my surprise. It was absolutely wonderful the way it was 30 years ago. My whopper was looking exactly like in the advertisement, nice and neat and hot. It’s about time. People started taking pride in their jobs and out product as it should be.“

“Me and my family started out at the Bk off 15th st the manger said dont take no more orders till were caught up.. we had been there a good Minute.. so we left and came to this BK. Let me tell the atmosphere was a 100% Better so welcoming.. Shift Manager Latrina Love greated us with a beautiful smile. And even got my Dad to finally smile cuz he was upset how 15th st Bk treated us.. And Asst Manager Trenicia Bridges was just as welcoming. Came and sat down and talked to us.. What a bunch of sweat young ladies. I swear they treated us like we were family. I haven't gotten good service like that in a very long time.. We will definitely be back.. ❤️ and very clean atmosphere..

“This Burger King is a full 5 rating restaurant. My chicken sandwich was hot and perfect. It was made like a whopper with heavy heavy cheese 🧀, heavy mayo and onion 🌰. No pickles (should have kept them on, because me wife's were really crunchy (perfect)!). It was the best chicken sandwich I've ever had. My wife's Whopper tasted like Heaven. I got the leftovers lol 😆 😋 🤪 😜 😅 😂. Aaron was the best. We shared Jesus ❤️ ♥️ 😊 💙 💜 💕. There were only 3 employees working. They were awesome. Please come see them. This was the best Burger King I've ever visited. I look forward to going back. So glad it's so close. It is right on the way to Anna Maria Island 🏝 🙌 👌 👏 😍 😎. Our second favorite Island 🏝 😀 👌 🙌 😄 😎 in Florida. The restroom was immaculate. The hand dryer was perfect and at the perfect height! Couldn't find any trash disposal outside, so bring in your trash. Had to wait for my order, but it was worth waiting for. This location is truly blessed 🙌 😇 🙏 ☺️ 😊 ✨️!!!!!!!“

“Friendly and courteous staff. Was there during lunchtime and it was steady/busy. Burger was ready first. Appreciated that they gave me the option of giving me my burger while it was fresh made and warm since I dined in, then called me by name once my cheesy ranch tater tots were ready from the fryer. Booth table and chairs were clean. Overall service and food was very good!“

“I wanted to take a moment and say how nice the manager is at this location . From the time you place an order she greets you on the intercom with top tier customer service ! She’s so kind and ensures that she updates you with details of your order and how long it’ll be etc. I wish I would’ve gotten her name but she’s a black woman with a beautiful smile who you can tell likes her job and loves people . Food is always fresh and the service is unmatched. Thank you for reminding me that there are still kind people in the food service business. She’s such a kind spirit and anyone who’s ever been to this location I’m sure can piggy back on what I’m saying.“
