We always hesitate to stop and get fast food, because you never know if it will be hot!
We have stopped at this BK, after Drs appointments in Bradenton. Both times the food was hot and prepared correctly. We went thru the drive thru both times and today used the app. We have been served both time by the same gentlemen at approx 2:45 (I’m the passenger and can’t see his name tag). He’s efficient and very friendly. We’ll return.
As we walked up to the door, a female employee was walking out to bring a customer their order. She very politely said “hello, how are y’all”. That was a pleasant surprise! As soon as we walked through the door a man greeted us and asked if he could take our order. Very pleasant and polite. My wife and I have a joke whenever we receive poor customer service; He/she don’t like their job!” This was NOT the case today!!!!

This BK is always on point with the right order, the right food, and the right temperature. We are very happy to live close to this Burger King as it makes for a good, fast meal at a reasonable price, especially when utilizing the app. However, this was the first time I had actually eaten inside the restaurant in a year, and I'm happy to say that it was clean and all the tables were well laid out with nothing being broken.
