“Ok I was so surprised with my experience today. Let me start by saying this place has changed. What ever is being done here how operations and customer service is being handled 👏🏼.
It had been about a year that i stopped coming here overall food was always cold or my order was done incorrectly. Today on a Sunday I craved the classic old delicious whopper! I used the kiosk to place my order simple and easy to use. Observation is employees where all dressed cleanly they where working with a smile on their face and at a steady paced.
FOB WHOPPERS special order extra small ingredients no something. My order came out in a timely manner the food was hot and delicious and the counter girl was very friendly. Thank you to the kitchen crew for a perfect sandwich and thank you for great customer service. Another observation the tables and floors where clean 🧽 Yeap I’ll come back KEEP UT UO TEAM !“
