“This location is ALWAYS ON TOP OF THE GAME! You can definitely tell the food is mad fresh and always hot. Never ever has my order been wrong even when I special order ( I try not to) they need to go train the one in Mulberry! I place my order through the app and the 2 times I was held up in traffic they re make my meal so it's fresh! This location has an amazing Mgr and staff. I tell her all the time. Ty very much“

“Stopped by drive thru on 4/9/2026 for lunch and my burger meal was hot and delicious! The kind young lady who was running the drive thru was very fast and efficient. My food was ready so quickly even with the line. 5/5 very friendly and excellent customer service!! 👍👍👍👍👍“
“I had a great experience at Burger King. The store was clean, the service was fast, and everything felt well-organized. Manager on duty, Delladid, did an excellent job keeping things running smoothly. You can tell there’s strong leadership here—everything was efficient and professional. Definitely one of the better Burger King visits I’ve had!“
“Technically this deserves a 1 star. However Scott did what he could. The manager i hardly see working, and its 10pm right now and I know it's closing but like Scott is handling the kitchen and front. Manager should step in when there is a customer in line, let the guy focus on one thing like come on. Poor guy. He works as fast as he can and I know it's slow service when it's busy but he does what he can. Scott you deserve this 5.“
“Idk who Liz is to the company but she is a gem and deserves to be cherished. I can count on one hand the number of times I’ve thought “excellent customer service…” while giving my order in a drive thru. She exemplifies smiling with your voice. Give her a raise, promotion, and a key to the city type thing but for Burger King.“
“The workers was amazing but the night manager kept walking off, cussing out her crew members smelling like cigarettes. Walked outside and she was outside smoking instead of being inside with the crew helping them when they was beyond busy. She really shouldn’t be working there other then that my food was good the crew members was nice, friendly, very respectful!“
“We went here twice while passing through town. This was the cleanest BK we’ve ever been to, including the bathrooms. On the way out of town, we showed up right when it closed and the manager Erica allowed us to still order and offered for us to stay and eat. She was very friendly and takes great pride in keeping a clean place.“
