Burger King in Lakeland

“I had just gotten off a 7 hour doordash shift, and it was only 5 minutes to midnight. I checked if anywhere nearby was still open for dinner, and this burger king was, but only for a few more minutes. I rushed over, and apologized for showing up so late, but the young lady working there was more than happy to take my order, despite it being closing time. I got my food, and it was some of the best burger king I’ve had in my life. The french fries were super hot and fresh, the chicken nuggets were the perfectly crispy, and the burger was delicious and certainly made with care. I haven’t had that great of food and service from a fast food restaurant in years, so I want to personally thank you for doing such a phenomenal job!“

“Absolutely love coming to this specific location , Tina is the most friendliest person and puts a smile on my face every time I go. Her positive attitude is unbeatable. I can be having a bad morning and I’ll come through for some breakfast and I’ll leave with a better outlook and mindset for my day because of her. Thank you Tina!!!“

“Stopped by drive thru on 4/9/2026 for lunch and my burger meal was hot and delicious! The kind young lady who was running the drive thru was very fast and efficient. My food was ready so quickly even with the line. 5/5 very friendly and excellent customer service!! 👍👍👍👍👍“

“I had a great experience at Burger King. The store was clean, the service was fast, and everything felt well-organized. Manager on duty, Delladid, did an excellent job keeping things running smoothly. You can tell there’s strong leadership here—everything was efficient and professional. Definitely one of the better Burger King visits I’ve had!“

“Technically this deserves a 1 star. However Scott did what he could. The manager i hardly see working, and its 10pm right now and I know it's closing but like Scott is handling the kitchen and front. Manager should step in when there is a customer in line, let the guy focus on one thing like come on. Poor guy. He works as fast as he can and I know it's slow service when it's busy but he does what he can. Scott you deserve this 5.“

“The workers was amazing but the night manager kept walking off, cussing out her crew members smelling like cigarettes. Walked outside and she was outside smoking instead of being inside with the crew helping them when they was beyond busy. She really shouldn’t be working there other then that my food was good the crew members was nice, friendly, very respectful!“

“My daughter and I took our grandkids through the drive through and had the pleasure of meeting Mia 💜 she went above and beyond to get our food order and Mandalorian souvenir cups. She was courteous, professional and funny! 🤣 She made the experience all the more memorable! Thank you Mia! 🥰“
