Burger King in Lakeland

“I had just gotten off a 7 hour doordash shift, and it was only 5 minutes to midnight. I checked if anywhere nearby was still open for dinner, and this burger king was, but only for a few more minutes. I rushed over, and apologized for showing up so late, but the young lady working there was more than happy to take my order, despite it being closing time. I got my food, and it was some of the best burger king I’ve had in my life. The french fries were super hot and fresh, the chicken nuggets were the perfectly crispy, and the burger was delicious and certainly made with care. I haven’t had that great of food and service from a fast food restaurant in years, so I want to personally thank you for doing such a phenomenal job!“

“Probably the best Burker King I have ever been to. I was impressed at how clean and modern the inside was, and the staff was very attentive and nice. The bathrooms were also spotless. Kuddos to the store manager and this store’s team for doing such a great job!!!“

“This is an excellent change from McD. There's plenty of affordable options. The children's meal currently comes in a pineapple box, with a SpongeBob crown, several selections, and a toy. Kiddos love to carry their own meal, with a handle on box. We usually go through the drive thru on our twice monthly visits, right after school, and it is quick, friendly, and fresh. I'm disappointed to see low reviews because this isn't what my family has ever encountered. Just give it a try and remember, this is fast food, not a gourmet restaurant. Thanks!“

“Stopped by drive thru on 4/9/2026 for lunch and my burger meal was hot and delicious! The kind young lady who was running the drive thru was very fast and efficient. My food was ready so quickly even with the line. 5/5 very friendly and excellent customer service!! 👍👍👍👍👍“

“Technically this deserves a 1 star. However Scott did what he could. The manager i hardly see working, and its 10pm right now and I know it's closing but like Scott is handling the kitchen and front. Manager should step in when there is a customer in line, let the guy focus on one thing like come on. Poor guy. He works as fast as he can and I know it's slow service when it's busy but he does what he can. Scott you deserve this 5.“

“I had a great experience at Burger King. The store was clean, the service was fast, and everything felt well-organized. Manager on duty, Delladid, did an excellent job keeping things running smoothly. You can tell there’s strong leadership here—everything was efficient and professional. Definitely one of the better Burger King visits I’ve had!“

“Went after seeing a movie at the theater. I was served by Quavian. He was making the food fresh and I so appreciate it! I could tell he was working hard and he had a pleasant demeanor about him even late at night and while being busy. He made sure I had the right order and that the order was hot and fresh! Impressed by his work ethic, I asked him for his name so I could encourage him on this review. Thank you for working hard Quavian and for making my after movie, late night meal the best in a long time! I’ll definitely be back!!“

“OK, so I don't usually go out of my way to write reviews for fast food restaurants, but this location deserves the high praise!! We've been here twice in the last few weeks, on our way to Disney and this is now my favorite Burger King! The service is good and the employees are friendly. The orders were correct both times and they made sure to include the sauces, napkins, straws, etc. The kicker though, are the Whopper Jrs we ordered. I know it sounds silly, but they put the perfect ketchup/mayo ratio, evenly distributed. The buns are soft and the lettuce is fresh...no wilted or hard white prices. Seriously, the best little whoppers we've ever eaten. I thought the first time might have been a fluke, but we all received perfect little burgers this afternoon as well. Keep up the good work, Burger King and give whoever is making those whoppers a raise!!“
