“The food has gotten better. The burgers always taste fresh. And the new staff is nicer than the grumpy people who used to work there. But it takes FOREVER to get your food. I waited in the drive-thru the other day for, no lie, almost 30 minutes between waiting to order and getting my meal and there was only one car ahead of me. I'm sure they had customers inside as well, but it should not take that long for fast food. They really need to hire more staff.“
“I have been going to this BK for about 2 years now. I have only gone on my lunchbreak, but this BK is by far the freshest one I have been too. I do wait a little longer (even though I order through the app), but at this point I dont even care because I know my food is going to be fresh. I LOVE the mozzarella sticks in particular because they are HOT and have that perfect cheese pull every single time. Plus they are way cheaper than other fast food spots. I spend maybe $10-11 for the meal, an extra side and a dessert so for the amount of food I get for the price is well worth it.“
