“Melissa deserves a whole raise, promotion, and employee of the century award immediately 😭🔥 From the second I walked in, she treated me like royalty. She was beyond sweet, insanely patient, reliable, and had the kind of customer service that honestly makes your entire day better. When she said “you rule,” I almost fell out because who even spreads that much positivity anymore?! 😂 Every Burger King needs a Melissa because she single-handedly turned a regular food run into a 5-star luxury experience. I’m not even joking when I say I would drive across town just to come back to this location because of her energy alone. Absolute legend 🔥👑“

“Whenever I go to Burger King I'm always getting the trio for $7, 3 original chicken sandwiches and two apple pies for sometimes three apple pies, the trio you can mix it up it's not only just a sandwich you can mix it up with fries or the drinks it's basically a trio, plus there is the devil in the two sandwiches two drinks or two fries or you know what I mean.“

“This lady is a 5 starts service person! She makes my night with a humble, gentle and smiley face. Don't see that kind of service in a while in different places. By the contrary the lady who gave me the food was totally opposite. The food was perfect just, the wrong order. I was rushed so I didn't returned. “I came from Tampa to run some errands in Orlando and on my way back, I got hungry and decided to stop by to have some lunch and I was served by the wonderful Manager Isabel, I falled in love with the restaurant, so sparkling, clean and a friendly staff !“

“Fast, friendly service. Being a vegetarian I always get the impossible burger. Tastes wonderful. Cant tell the difference between that and a hamburger. Love their late night hours too. When I drove up to the window to pay for the burger. The B. King associate said. Did you want any sauce with that? I said, I don't know what kind of sauces do you have. He started listing about 3 or 4 of them and I said, I tell you what just give me one of each. He smiled and said sure, and I said, oh, and I need 3 ketchups, just in case I don't like any of those sauces, he said you got it, with a smile. Then when they gave me my food, there were about 6 kinds of sauce in my bag plus 3 ketchups that must have cost them 3 bucks in sauce alone. They gave all that to me for free. I did decide i dont like any of their sauces as well as plain ole heinz ketchup.“

“Very clean & customer service was amazing staff interactive with children and the food was fresh / not messy I appreciate the experience my son wanted to come here for honor roll award he got from school. Lourdes was amazing and her energy was heartwarming. Priscilla was super professional and polite well spoken 10/10 one of, if not the best BK In central Florida“

“Only giving 5 star because of Xavier. He was friendly and attentive. Besides that, when we were ordering drive thru, the lady working it, wouldn’t even allow me to finish my sentence before cutting me off and rushing. Which then lead up to my order being incorrect. “I stopped by this Burger King recently and was blown away by the experience. The food was incredibly fresh and tasted great, but the real standout was the cleanliness of the restaurant absolutely impeccable. The team provided excellent service from start to finish, and the manager clearly runs this location at a high standard. I had avoided Burger King for a while due to cleanliness concerns elsewhere, but this store completely restored my confidence. The meal was a solid 10/10, who ever is leading this store deserves a raise immediately.“

“Me and my girlfriend came to this store at almost midnight and we felt the need to leave a review because the woman who helped us (Amber) was so friendly and sweet. She was upbeat and our interaction with her made our night! Give miss Amber a raise!!“

“To order off line my burger was kinda slupy. Waited with my hand out as the server held my food talking to another costumer to the point I reach for my food. Another costumer and I look at each other in laughter. Over all nice places to eat if u need time alone. Food was fresh“

“No ingredients stood out, as I am a vegan and for health reasons, stay away from most ingredients.

Dietary restrictions: I would not recommend this place to ppl who are diabetic or have HTN or any kind of stomach issues. Otherwise, it's a good place to eat when on the run.

Parking: Good location and fast service.

Kid-friendliness: I'm not sure!! But previously, I had gone there with my children, and they had great accommodations. They had high high chairs for the kids.

“Have a very pleasant experience at this BK. I went throughout the drive thru and got a sandwich and onion rings. The rings were made to order and everything came out hot. The reason I am writing this review is to give praise to the employee that was working there today. Her name was Jill and she was beyond polite (something you do not see a lot in fast food) I even saw her hold open the door for an elderly couple walking out of the store. 10/10“

“I recently stopped by this Burger King location after not visiting for quite some time, and I have to say, I was genuinely impressed by how much things have improved. You can absolutely tell the difference.
The food was fresh, hot, and prepared exactly right. Everything tasted great, and the quality really stood out compared to what I remembered from before. It’s clear there’s been a positive change in consistency and care.
What made the experience even better was the service. The team was welcoming, efficient, and truly friendly from start to finish. Elijah and Liz, in particular, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Their professionalism and positive attitude really made a lasting impression.
It’s not often you come back to a place after a while and see such a noticeable improvement, but this location definitely delivered. I’ll absolutely be coming back more often. Great job to the whole team!“

“This is the only burger king that i will ever order from . They get my order right every time and the food is always on point . You may have to wait sometimes when they are short staffed but they ALWAYS make sure your wait is worth while . God bless the sweet ladies that work here , i feel like this place wouldnt be as good as it is without them“

“There was an older black gentleman today calling the numbers and giving the food to the customers. The man needs a raise or some kind of recognition. The guy had one of the best attitudes in a fast food environment I’ve seen in a while. Tons of people, he handled it great and with a great personality. Also a bonus here, it’s not any more expensive here than in a stand alone store.“
