“Please find a better way to deal with people clogging the drivethrough.The food was good, but the wait because of a dumb customer made me really want to leave before paying.I know you can't control dumb customers, but you can open up the window before them and process people when someone is clogging the line.“

“I have been coming here for years. Since I was a little kid and fun and Wheels was located behind it..Today the drive-through was closed for some reason so I went inside to grab a pick up order and the young lady behind the counter was extremely friendly so was the manager. Order number 65 Thursday, March 21. Food came out extremely hot very quick and Service was very friendly. it’s good to see that. There’s a few Burger King left that actually have customer service or a lot of others have failed.“
“I often visit this establishment on my way home from hospital visit, or returning from the downtown Library. I have dealt with the entry door at the rear of the store, where there is Handicap Parking ?️ slots. The door is often locked ?, which means walking around the store in order to get from the ?️ to the front door. Mgmt says the reason is to keep the homeless from sneaking in to the store, just to use the restroom.“
“I occasionally visit BG on my lunch break. All staff are very attentive and courteous. I was able to see on my last visit the way the manager Michelle treats her employees. She is respectful, kind and excellent in treating others.Vegetarian options: Imposible burger“

“This is an update... since my last visit things at this BK location have changed.. the food is served hotter and a bit faster.If you haven't already i suggest downloading the BK app it's worth it racking up crowns {BK points} is easy and unlike McDonald's the rewards start at 150 not 1500 so it's easy to earn points.Parking: Because of it's proximity to Sam's club there is ample parking to choose from so don't worry about parking there is plenty ?“

“You can tell this is an airport Burger King. The wait time was crazy, I stood in line for about 25 minutes, but those are the best onion rings I've ever had at a Burger King. The woman who took my order had a little attitude, but everyone else was nice.“

“The ladies that work drive thru lately have been fabulous! So sweet and kind. They even talk to my dog for a second and make my dogs day, she want to say hi to everyone, and they always give her that hello she wants. The food was hot and fresh as well.“

Had to leave this review because the staff in this BK starting with Lee welcomed the 7 of us in even though we were soaking wet. They offered us drinks and everything was great! Thank you!“
“Arrival 6:30 p.m. - nothing going on. Service good and friendly. Food delicious and as ordered, hot and freshly prepared, lots of lettuce and cucumbers/tomatoes on it. This time it was even served on a tray instead of in a door. The BK was also pleasantly temperate inside. Unfortunately, many of the drinks were not available at the vending machine.Vegetarian options: There is only the impossible Whopper. In Germany we have a lot more veggie selection at BK and you can get almost every burger as a veggie burger.“

It's clean outside, bathrooms are clean, restaurant in general appeared clean, and the food on mobile order was quick and fresh. I can't say the same for other Burger King I've been to recently, but great job here!“
“Whopper bar with special burgers. Don't expect too much besides a perfect burger. Been coming here every time we go to Universal. It's always one of the best Burgers I ever had. (I eat A LOT of special burgers). Seating is sparse and don't expect to lounge back in a relaxing atmosphere after a day in the parks. But boy the burgers are good! BE aware it's located in a mini foodcourt so this is not a burger king burger king. But on the plus side if any one in your party does not want the best burger they ever had they go to panda express and sit with you.“

“When you think about underpaid employees making fast food burgers in an airport you usually have high standards… well mine were just exceeded! The classic whopper with cheese was fantastic! Tender meat, fresh ingredients and the buns were perrrrfect. Even after I had trouble figuring out what I wanted, the employee, Darnell said “I gotchu” and told me his favorite. “The morning shift with ms Deb is the first and only time I have went to this Burger King and received my food in a timely manner. The night shift is horrible. You have to wait 10 minutes just to place your order and them 10 minutes you're sitting at the intercom not in a line. Night shift is horrible“
