“The food was great , I waited about 15 minutes which I didn’t mind, some customers were there complaining but it is a very busy store and very few people on shift only thing I would say some employees move faster than others other than that good Job on the change“

“I love this particular burger king. Usually i have bad luck with most other locations but this is the only burger king I trust. I eat here for lunch most days during my work break cause it's the most convenient place nearby and my god the food is always fresh, fries and burgers everytime. I wouldn't say all the workers are the friendliest but I definitely can vouch they all take their jobs serious. They all need to be making more than whatever a corporation pays then just for running that store so professional.“

“I want to recognize an outstanding employee named Ty at this Burger King. During a busy lunch period, I placed an order and then came back with a second last-minute order, and Ty handled everything with absolute professionalism and kindness.

Even while working multiple windows and helping several customers, she maintained a great attitude, stayed polite, and was extremely helpful the entire time. She never seemed frustrated or rushed, and her positive energy and excellent customer service really stood out.

Ty made sure everything was taken care of smoothly and treated me with respect, patience, and genuine friendliness, which is something you don’t always see during a busy lunch rush.

Because of Ty’s exceptional service, I would absolutely come back to this Burger King again. Employees like her truly make the experience better for customers.“

“We came to this Burger King location on September 29, 2025. When walking up to the counter, we waited above 5 minutes until one of the staff members came to greet us. There was a staff member who was currently working the food line and register while also being on headset, but he didn’t seem to pay us any mind. We were greeted and welcomed in by the staff members Gio and Lynette, they were funny and made us feel welcomed. I can’t say a lot of places still do this, so i appreciate this sincerely. We ordered our food at about 9:45 and got it back at 9:52 so the service was pretty fast. The only comment I have that would be negative would be one of the mangers(as i stated in the beginning) was a bit to worried about doing the line and cleaning the floors rather than getting the rush out the way. I believe his name was Jose. During our wait time in the beginning, he glanced over at us but still didn’t customer service us, which was kinda disappointing. I would still love to come back to this establishment because it has a nice atmosphere to it.“

“Very clean & customer service was amazing staff interactive with children and the food was fresh / not messy I appreciate the experience my son wanted to come here for honor roll award he got from school. “I placed an online order for an Original Chicken Sandwich meal (7.99) which came with the sandwich, fries, and a drink, and an 8 piece mozzarella fries (3.89) which was a lot of food for just under $13. The food was just okay, but it was what I was looking for. It all tasted as expected. The people at the drive through were really nice.“

“Have a very pleasant experience at this BK. I went throughout the drive thru and got a sandwich and onion rings. The rings were made to order and everything came out hot. The reason I am writing this review is to give praise to the employee that was working there today. Her name was Jill and she was beyond polite (something you do not see a lot in fast food) I even saw her hold open the door for an elderly couple walking out of the store. 10/10“

“I stopped by this Burger King recently and was blown away by the experience. The food was incredibly fresh and tasted great, but the real standout was the cleanliness of the restaurant absolutely impeccable. The team provided excellent service from start to finish, and the manager clearly runs this location at a high standard. I had avoided Burger King for a while due to cleanliness concerns elsewhere, but this store completely restored my confidence. The meal was a solid 10/10, who ever is leading this store deserves a raise immediately.“

“To order off line my burger was kinda slupy. Waited with my hand out as the server held my food talking to another costumer to the point I reach for my food. Another costumer and I look at each other in laughter. Over all nice places to eat if u need time alone. Food was fresh“

“No ingredients stood out, as I am a vegan and for health reasons, stay away from most ingredients.

Dietary restrictions: I would not recommend this place to ppl who are diabetic or have HTN or any kind of stomach issues. Otherwise, it's a good place to eat when on the run.

Parking: Good location and fast service.

Kid-friendliness: I'm not sure!! But previously, I had gone there with my children, and they had great accommodations. They had high high chairs for the kids.

Wheelchair accessibility: I'm not sure..“

“Me and my girlfriend came to this store at almost midnight and we felt the need to leave a review because the woman who helped us (Amber) was so friendly and sweet. She was upbeat and our interaction with her made our night! Give miss Amber a raise!!“

“I can’t say enough good things about the amazing team at the Burger King in SODO! They helped us feed our middle school theater troupe — over 100 hungry kids — and they went above and beyond every step of the way.

The general manager, Jesus, was absolutely incredible — kind, organized, and genuinely committed to making sure everything went perfectly. A huge shout-out also to Elizabeth, who worked right alongside him with such a great attitude and smile the entire time. The whole staff was friendly, fast, and so professional.

The restaurant was spotless, the food was hot and fresh, and everything was ready exactly when we needed it. And when we realized all the food barely fit in my SUV, Jesus even offered to follow me in his own car to help deliver it! That kind of thoughtfulness and teamwork is so rare these days.

I’m beyond grateful for their help — they made a huge job feel easy, and the kids were thrilled. Thank you, Burger King SODO, for going above and beyond and for being such a wonderful part of our community!“

“not me tearing up in the whopper bar at citywalk — even the smallest of interactions just on property of a theme park. you start to see the brilliance and beauty of humanity. the interactions between not only staff and customer, but park goer to park goer … you see some of the most beautiful tear jerking moments. whether it’s the general manager remembering a customer from yesterday and making a point to bring it up in interaction with a smile, customers standing next to each other as they wait for food and complimenting each others outfits and chatting over their favorite fandoms. I felt so lucky to sit alone and realize that I wasn’t in fact alone, there were a bunch of kind and compassionate strangers around me who would care if I was having a good time too.. That is the beauty of going to a place like this, where magic and child like spirits are celebrated. As we all put on our Burger King hats like we were kids again, just for one day✨“

“the place has done a complete 180 from its original staff. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Food service was delivered promptly and everything I ordered was hot and fresh. staff was kind hearted. the lobby was cleaned and the bathroom wasn't smelly like other restaurants I've been to. “There was an older black gentleman today calling the numbers and giving the food to the customers. The man needs a raise or some kind of recognition. The guy had one of the best attitudes in a fast food environment I’ve seen in a while. Tons of people, he handled it great and with a great personality. Also a bonus here, it’s not any more expensive here than in a stand alone store.“
