Yesterday I ate at this restaurant, the service was excellent. There were some problems with the system and the manager still helped us and her kindness and attention was excellent.
I would have given 5 stars had it not been for our bag busting open due to the kids meal not being put in a kids meal bag, but instead was just piled in one bag with other items ordered, that were separate from the kids meal. I also had to return inside to get ? fries & the happy meal toy that wasn't put in the bag that busted. The Franchisee was in there undercover ? surveillancing & mean mugging customers who complain, they never reach out to the consumers to resolve the issues...read full review
