I'm not big on fast food but had seen some commercials recently offering a new chicken sandwich and decided to give it a try. When I unwrapped it I thought they gave me the wrong thing but they indeed insisted I got what I ordered. I said to the person at the register, "How come this doesn't look like the one advertised on TV or even on your menu board?" I stopped by for breakfast before an early morning flight, and the wait was long. There was egg on both croissants that was ordered without egg. Luckily, I removed it before my daughter saw it. The hashbrowns could have been cooked a little longer.

If you have a flight to board in 1 hour, do not order here. It took me exactly 29 minutes to get my order. Whatever was fried tasted rancid (fries and nuggets), there was no ice in the soft drink machines, and the entire left-hand soda machine was only dispensing water. The person yelling the order numbers for pickup barely spoke above a whisper so people could not hear without crowding around the counter. It was a disaster.
