Absolutely disgraceful service. Rude, slow and unhelpful staff. No care or courtesy - absolutely terrible. All of the other customers around me felt the same. Avoid!!!
On July 13, 2025, I was at Burger King in the Orlando airport for dinner, and unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. The employee working at the time (a woman) was extremely rude and dismissive. I simply asked to add tomato to my sandwich, and she refused because they were about to close. I recently visited Burger King in Florida and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The burger was served cold, and to make matters worse, the patty tasted stale, as if it had been sitting around for a while. The overall quality of the meal was far below the standard I’ve come to expect from Burger King. I left the restaurant feeling unsatisfied and unlikely to return anytime soon. I hope they improve their food quality and service to match the brand’s reputation.
