Should Treat Elderly Better! Worst restaurant experience for a birthday celebration ever! I arrived with my mother to celebrate her birthday with a early dinner celebration at around 4pm. We brought my 91 year old grandmother that can barely walk without the use of walker much less stand for long periods of time. Great food. Good service. Prompt timing on food. Visiting my mother here and Florida and I really enjoyed this Texas Roadhouse. (First time also at roadhouse so forgive if you think I'm too generous)

Food was delicious but the place was the coldest restaurant I have ever been in. We asked 3 people to turn down the ac and 1 was a manager but the temp was still intolerable when we left. The staff we talked to said several others had also complained. I was so miserable I was tempted to get my steak to go and eat in the car. A different manager stopped by our table as we were leaving and agreed that it was cold. Good food can't be enjoyed if your miserable.
