Decided to leave this review specifically because of the service. The man who took our order was so kind. His name was Brendan. He was extremely thoughtful throughout our order process and when giving us our food. He explained all the sauces really well and made sure we felt comfortable. His favorite sauce is the saucy Ranchero.
The food was FANTASTIC, the sauce was indeed saucy and the chicken was super juicy, and they were not lying about the spice, the Nashville rub and the buffalo with ranch is the best combo on the Sammy combo. 10/10 do recommend, the only problem I had with it was the cups were kinda small so I suggest getting a large not a medium or small. Other than that it’s my new favorite restaurant.
I really enjoyed the meal, decent price and tasty.

Saucy by KFC is a great place with fantastic food and excellent service. The sauce is indeed saucy, and the chicken is super juicy. The Nashville rub and the buffalo with ranch is the best combo on the Sammy combo. The rice bowls are DELISH. The food is HOT and delicious. The staff are always pleasant, cheerful, attentive, and polite. They go above and beyond to help, making guests feel welcome and comfortable. One team member explained all the sauces really well, and another was very attentive in helping explain the menu and the ingredients in the signature drinks. The store is clean and well stocked. The only problem is the cups are kinda small, so getting a large is suggested. A grilled chicken option would be a great addition to the bowl. It is a new favorite restaurant, and guests will definitely be making the 25 minute drive in the near future.
