PDQ Chicken in Tampa offers a welcoming atmosphere and top-notch service. The chicken tenders and fries are always fresh and hot, while the waffle fries are a hit. The staff provides outstanding service, making the experience enjoyable. The fast service and excellent food quality make this location superb. The Mediterranean Salad is absolutely delicious with fresh ingredients, and the zucchini fries are also excellent. The food is consistently good, and the staff offers great customer service, even with a huge order.
The atmosphere is casual and laid-back, although it can get a bit noisy during peak hours. During a recent power outage, the manager was quick to offer free food to the customers for the inconvenience, and the staff was very nice and accommodating. Customers praise the tender, juicy, and flavorful chicken, as well as the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Chef Carlos is mentioned for his hospitality.
