“I'm a starbucks regular, I tried my first Scooters coffee yesterday on my way to the beach. Tatiana was kind and helpful as she took our drive through order. I had an espresso, surprisingly 3 shots is the smallest order! We also had a kids lime coconut dirty soda and a hazelnut cappuccino. Everything was delicious, service was fantastic. I would go back if I was passing through Bradenton again!“

I stopped by Starbucks yesterday during some pretty bad weather, and it was very clear that the store was extremely busy and understaffed. There was a long line, and after waiting about 30 minutes, I did have a couple of issues with my drink. Even with everything going on, Justice was still so kind and professional. I didn’t want to add any more stress to an already overwhelming situation, so I decided to come back the next day to explain what happened with my order.

When I came back, Justice was incredibly understanding, accommodating, and kind. He listened to my concerns and made sure everything was taken care of without ever making me feel like I was being difficult or an inconvenience. I really appreciated the way he handled everything.

I’ve worked in a fast-paced environment similar to Starbucks before, so I completely understand how stressful it can be when you’re short-staffed, the weather is bad, and you have a huge rush of customers. I honestly think the staff was doing the best they could yesterday, and I especially want to give Justice recognition for being so patient and professional through it all.

“Got to stop in at The Local Brew company yesterday and it was a wonderful experience! Jarvis, the Robo-barista greets you as soon as you walk in and so does Aaron, making you feel at home right away.
Over 100 different coffee drink options, hand crafted beer, wine and hard seltzer, snacks from a high tech Robo-chef, and even Togo beer and wine from some space age portable pouches! Dope!

“Katelin runs a tight ship. When I drove up to the location I saw several cars in the drive through and assumed it would take a long time so I opted to make my order from the counter inside. I made my order and was shocked that my bagel (special ordered), hash browns and coffee were ready within about a minute. I also observed the drive through line cycle like ten orders or more within the short period of time I was in and out of the parking lot. I was very impressed with the team atmosphere, cleanliness and friendliness / responsiveness of everyone I came in contact with. Keep up the great work!!!!!“
