Took 15 minutes to recieve one drink but on the bright side I got to watch one of the employees fight a Seregios in the lobby and have time to sweep + fix the tables afterwards. Overall pretty cool.
Kaiden, the GM, was amazing:) I placed my order at the wrong location and he managed to recreate the order with zero issues & a smile on his face. Dunkin has been a favorite of mine for a while and he truly did his due diligence in solidifying my love for dunkin. 10/10 will be returning to this location:)
I love dunkin my coffee always tastes great! I will never go anywhere else! The general manager Kaiden is an absolute delight! He is so kind and took care of us even when we messed up on our order. He made it right it wasn’t his mistake but he wanted us to be more than satisfied with our food and drinks. Thankyou so much for your kindness and care for your job it really shows! Dunkin needs more great people like him! Thankyou again :) we will be back!
