“I have been to this location many times since it opened. The food is always up to McDonald's norm for quality. It comes out hot which I really enjoy (nothing more disappointing than less that hot fries and burgers or cold breakfast sandwich). The restaurant is generally clean, but they are challenged by the number of kids that pass through after school releases each day. The staff is very friendly and Austin works hard to maintain a high service standard and clean restaurant.Parking: New, clean parking lot.“
“Tina the red hair always takes care of me. Her attitude is different from some of the other staff members. She is always friendly and considerate and very passionate with the guest. She always goes out of the way to make up when the store is out of something. It's hard to find people that do that anymore these days.“
“I have not experienced customer service as good as BOC since I moved to Tampa 2+ years ago! The sandwich shop is impeccably clean, and it is a TRUE mom & pop (a beautiful couple runs the place, they were both working hard here on Saturday afternoon!)I got the Cuban classic combo (3 drink refills!). Delicious…have to take half home.Off to go walk some of the local Nature preserves, thanks to Box of Cubans for food fuel for my next hike☺️!!“
“We are down in Riverview from Michigan four months out of the year. One of the places we always look forward to getting back to when we come down is Cali Cafe. Their coffee is amazing and the atmosphere and food are great. Don’t miss this great place!!“
“What a gem in downtown Tampa! These mini donuts are just the right treat for strolling through the city. The unique are fun to try. It reminds me of a childhood dream. Haha. The staff is so friendly and personable. I appreciate the few tables to sit at outside. You would be missing out if you didn’t pop over. I’ll be back for their donuts and redbull Italian sodas!“
“On our way out back home… 6 hours of driving .. we stopped here Sunday at 9:30 am and was 2nd in line. The parking can be a pain in the a$$.We we got front row at this time.I believe the Sunday hours were 7-2pmWe got 8oz latte small (almond milk $1) $4,12oz latte leche with lavender (almond milk $1) $4.50 plus .75 flavor added,16 oz cold brew $5 and streak wrap or burrito.$24.My lavender coffee was yum.The steak wrap seem smallFor the price.Little pricey but it’s inflation prices ..Thks Biden“
“We had the avocado caprese toast and the maple bacon avocado sandwich and both were great. Love the atmosphere of the outdoor seating as well! I would definitely return. They are dog-friendly and had a water bowl set up.Kid-friendliness: They have a big connect four game for kids“
“This is such a great coffee shop! It's conveniently located if you're in the Brandon area. I was looking for a spot where I can meet clients and sit at for Zoom meetings and I found it! It's large enough to sit quite a lot of people comfortably, and yet it's not too noisy. Luyz is the owner and he's awesome! He'll answer any questions that you have and make you feel welcome. The food and service are great. There are lots of tasty options. I had the fetta and spinach womelette. All omelets are cooked in a waffle iron, so they're nice and fluffy! If you're eating in, you get served on real dishes, not disposable ones. I'm always a fan of less waste.“
“Jess is the sweetest! My conversation with Jess was amazing, she is extremely friendly and loves striking up a conversation. I visited the shop while in town, my family is looking to move and I can say that if we do move to Tampa, Jess will see me as a regular. I had the cheddar and spinach quiche and a chai. My quiche was delicious, the crust was crispy and the eggs were nice and fluffy. Definitely recommend this place to someone looking for a cute spot in town.“
“I've stopped there in numerous occasions for a pint found the service and beer above average. Located in a former gas station on Florida avenue it has that feel if the people back in the day could talked to you they share some great stories it has the homey vibe to it . But been there twice in two weeks to check out the menu and the beer again after a brief hiatus. Found the beer to be crisp and fresh the service a little more attentive and the food great for any of the beers. Pretzels were bang on with the mustard and the beer cheese . Had" The Rob " roast beef on weck and the horseradish sauce was fire. I'll be back to explore the rest of the menu if I leave the beers alone for room to taste the rest of the culinary bites.“
“I don't usually drink coffee, but once in a blue moon I do like to enjoy a good coffee or a Chai Tea Latte. This morning I met Josh and wanted to try their dirty Chai Tea Latte. It was quickly made and it's appearance looked very inviting. The drink was delicious, warming and calming. After I was finished with that, I requested to have a large normal Chai Tea Latte to go. The price was fair for what I got, and the service was prompt. Josh was kind and I had a quick friendly conversation while cashing out. I hope he has a nice day with his family coming in. As I will be bringing some family and friends this Saturday to try the offerings here.“
“Excellent location offering a variety of coffees and desserts. The facility lends itself well to small group meetings or simply a place to relax. Nice game room if you are feeling competitive. Overall a totally enjoyable experience.Parking: Parking lot was somewhat small.“
“We have been to a couple different Foxtail Coffee's. First time to this one. We got iced latte's, one vanilla and one caramel. Foxtail is very consistent and delicious. I really appreciate that they moved on from the paper straws, those things are the worst. I wish they would move on from the sip lids too, I don't trust those things.“
“Went on a Saturday and it was very busy. If you can get in here in between the many cross fit classes letting out, do it. Parking is mostly street/curb parking. Dog friendly. Seating area is on the smaller side, with about 10 tables/25-30 seats.“
“Our family went to this bakery during our family vacation August 2023. My husband researched this location months before to try out hand on some local/historical cuisine. When we arrived the staff were welcoming and helped us decide our food choice. We all had sandwiches which tasted amazing on the homemade bread baked fresh daily. The desserts were delightful. I had the guava cheese turnover style dessert that brought me back to my summers visiting family in Barbados. If you’re ever in Ybor City, please check them out! Food is good, people tan bueno y el comida es deliciosa.“
“Buen lugar para disfrutar de opciones saludables. Principalmente wraps, sándwiches y ensaladas. Yo me pedí un quinoa bowl con ahi raw tuna y está súper fresco. Tienen buena opción de smoothies con proteína y el servicio fue rápido. Volvería!Vegetarian options: Salads and smoothies“
“Love our local SOG coffee shop! All the food I’ve had has been either very good or great, the coffee is phenomenal, and everyone working here is very nice and friendly. If you’re looking for a great local spot for good coffee and a bite to eat, this is your spot. Also, very dog friendly!“
“Just visited the Land O Lakes location and was treated to a wonderful, uplifting experience by Travis! He was super kind and knowledgeable, and crafted a delicious black cherry white mocha latte that was the perfect drinkable temp. And he topped it off with a beautiful swan design on the top! Thanks so much, Travis! It was a pleasure to meet you!“
“My family orders from here most Sundays. Great fresh bread every day and a neighborhood staple. They have been around 100+ years and still family owned. Order ahead to avoid the wait. This place stays busy but it is worth the wait every time!Vegetarian options: Made to order. They have a veggie sandwich.“
“Fabulous coffee, some of the best! If you are looking for the real deal regardless if it's a cold brew, latte, or regular hot coffee made your way this is the place. Great seating and a relaxing cool time in an upscale coffee house that serves fresh food too!“
“I like this place it's amazing for all the essentials, nana's make me wish I was a local unfortunately I'm out here for work but I think I'll be going there everyday until my departure haha everything was amazing I went with the seafood tray. The crabs were fresh and a good sized cluster , shrimps and potatoes were delicious this review won't do justice the corn was the best corn I've ever put in my mouth. Definitely going back after work again haha “
“Initial visit, we were so pleased with the cheesecake. We tried the pumpkin(perfect texture, so creamy yet thick/full of flavor) and toffee cheesecakes(same airy texture, delicious). The richness lies in the savoriness. It's not just saturated with sugar. The crust was also delicious. Unfortunately, the service was mediocre. I asked the young lady what makes the triple peanut butter ice cream, and her response "It has a lot of peanut butter." Not very helpful. It all looked so good, so I asked what they recommended, and the response was, "Everything." The other staff member jumped in and recommended the toffee cheesecake. Recommend better communication with customers. Nice, clean decor/layout.“
“Having a kombucha taproom in Tampa is awesome! The space is so calming, and the outdoor space feels like a little hidden oasis. I haven't tried the food or coffee, so can only speak for the booch. This taproom doesn't quite hit five stars for me (4.5 for sure though if an option) because I think there can be more unique options of flavors at a place that's specifically a kombucha taproom. From my experience, going to a kombucha taproom means finding flavors I won't find at the store, but I don't totally get that here... And don't get me wrong support local all the way, I fill up my growler here every chance I get instead of picking up from the store, but idk I like going to a booch place and trying something random like lettuce kombucha (a real flavor I've tried...)So this isn't meant to be negative or a downer! Just perhaps an expectation of me of what differentiates a kombucha taproom from generic products.“
“Was recommended this place from a coworker and really happy I went to check it out. The ambience of this place has a great vibe to it, both interior and the music playing while enjoying a drink were 5 stars. Had the breakfast sandwich with grits and was very pleased.Enjoyed the spot and will be back for more!“
“I love holding meetings here as well as hosting classes for my nonprofit in their conference room. Great welcoming environment with comfy furniture and delicious lattes. Portico is doing amazing things for the unhoused and Tampa Community at large. Enjoy your coffee and make a difference. You can't beat that.“
“Found this place needing coffee and a quick breakfast with my kiddo. I didn’t realize it had vegan options but finding that not only do they but that their vegan options are equally extensive and delicious was a bonus. It means it gets added to the list for when my sister and BIL come visit. Their menu is a Cuban Asian fusion that is simply genius! They also have a large selection of Kaleisia teas, beers, bottled colas and more. The staff was friendly and made great recommendations. Cafe Hey is definitely on my go-to Tampa list.Vegetarian options: Vegan menu options and a vegan knowledgeable staff!“
“Our office goes to The Big Guava at least 3 times a week. We love this place! The atmosphere is amazing and the customer service is always great. We highly recommend the Jamaican Me Crazy tea! Nobody else does it like them! We will continue recommending to family and friends!!“
“I arrived on the day they changed their seasonal menu offerings-and after one look at the "Lucky Duck" March flavors, I felt like I was just that-a lucky duck-especially since this was my maiden voyage. All the green icing-the Lucky Charms cereal-the spring flavors... this duck knows how to make a great first impression! Duck Donuts started in Duck, North Carolina. They've fully leaned into the duck theme, with a cute mascot named Ollie and cheerful bright colors. There's table seating and a high counter by the front window plus a separate room, away from the ordering/decorating area. All of the donuts are the same base. It had a vanilla flavor and the texture is the perfect middle ground: not too dense or chewy-but not too light and airy, either. Same for the toppings-they're not cloyingly sweet... but full of flavor. Goldilocks would love this place-everything's "just right." So, I ordered a half dozen. I loved the bacon one-Mom was all about the cinnamon. We split the lemon with sprinkles and it was spring in a ring-so bright and sunshiny. We're only halfway through the six, but I'll update you as we taste more. I paid about $15 for the half dozen. You can watch them decorate each one (so fun! All those tubs of frosting/glaze!) and their boxes are adorable. The staff is so personable and warm. I felt so welcomed. What a bonus on a tasty Tuesday. I'd come back just to chat again with them! But I also can't wait to try the drinks, ice cream concoctions and donut sandwiches (!) This shop is conveniently located in the Bloomingdale Square plaza-which has a Publix, First Watch and Beall's, as well. It's on the north side, closest to Bloomingdale Ave-so you can *duck right in and right out.“
“You'd be surprised how many people are surprised to discover this place. It's a great recommendation to anyone. The people that work care, friendly, and helpful. Watched the boss man get on to them one day in a friendly reprimand way. Its a regular spot for people for a reason. Coffee, gelato, and tons of other stuff.. like mini canolis.“
“This place is an absolute gem the food is incredible and the chicken is prepared as you order it and it's delicious. The service is pretty good as well the people are very nice to come around and check on you which is also very nice and I come here for chicken and waffles or just chicken tenders and general the prices are good and match the amount of food you get as well. I come back here as a breakfast place all the time because it is incredible thank you so much“
“This place is super cute and the coffee is decent for being a coffee snob, however, the music was so ungodly loud that you couldn’t even carry on a conversation with the person next to you without shouting. It would be nice to come to a cute coffee shop and feel like we could work and have a conversation. The thing that impressed me most about this place was that they wouldn’t allow us to pay to get a homeless woman coffee and a baked good. They just gave it to her and for that, we will come back and try again and hope next time it’s not so loud.“
“Here the first time to hear my friend Daniela Soledad! Great outdoor venue, they do have good coffee, some salads, breakfast sandwiches early in the day, paninis/Cubans, sweets. An assortment of wines by the glass & large choice of bottles wines for opening on site or to take home. Board games for those hanging out & some cookbooks“
“I love finding these hidden gems of coffee shops when I travel. I got the 4 pack of protein donuts and a large Dark Roast. All of it was excellent. Great flavors. Service was top notch and I got everything quickly and exactly as I had asked for. You won’t regret stopping in to this coffee shop.“
“Always perfectly made, and very friendly staff. I was a little intimidated at first having no clue what I was getting or how to "order" it. It's literally just choosing a flavor and sweetness level. I like really sweet so I always go with 75% sweetness. I recommend the blueberry with blueberry boba (the tapioca pearls). There's also a display at the counter that shows all of them true to size and look.“
“I love this tea shop. The staff are so knowledgeable, kind, and welcoming. They were able to answer all my questions regarding Chinese Pu-erh, silver needles, and gave me amazing recommendations for new brews to try. The owner also handpicks their teas from overseas, so you truly know the source and farmers you’re helping support. If you’re brand new or already love tea, this is the place to be.“
“This was my family's first visit here. We sampled many flavors that were all yummy! The lady was very friendly and helpful. We thought it was awesome that we had the ability to choose 2 flavors within just one scoop! The only reason I did not give the atmosphere 5 stars is because there was limited seating (18 in all I believe - not bad) but right outside the door was basically a sports bar. This may be a plus for someone else though. Also we weren't sure were to park but there was a parking garage right there that allowed free parking for 2 hours.Dietary restrictions: There was a sugar free option.Parking: We parked inside of a garage that allowed for 2 hours of free parking.“
“Amazing!!! Everything is gluten free and everything we got was SO delicious. I’ll be dreaming of these cinnamon rolls for months to come. Two of us have celiac and need to be gluten free and we had one person with us who can eat anything - he agreed that everything tasted delicious and just as good (if not better) than regular pastries that contain gluten. Highly recommend!!Dietary restrictions: Entirely gluten free!!“
“What an awesome experience today. It’s so nice to visit a place for the first time and leave just wanting more. These people know their craft and they are all A+++.From the baristas, chef and specially the owner, everything just goes the way it supposed to.Thanks Caffeine Roasters team for such a great time.“
“Where gelato meets art! This young man behind the counter was very professional, patient, and served our cones with a delicate touch and attention to detail. I really liked the self-serve ordering screens, they made it super easy for us to get in and get out quickly.“
“I love this place. The tenders really are kind and good at their job. Of special mention is Trivia Night! There are always so many people here and if you’re alone you can join a team! Great atmosphere, intellectual, and open people. Highly recommend!“
“A new family favorite! We ordered delivery and while it did take a while to get here, it was SO worth the wait! We ordered variety if things to try since the restaurant was new to us and were so impressed with every single thing we tried! Already looking at the menu for what we will try next time :)“
“A little slow but theyvare busy. This place kills it as far as ice cream is concerned. The only issue I have is see if you could locate dishes that are not paper and use insulated dishes like Styrofoam so the ice doesn't melt as fast. Lots of choices, tastes great, and scoops are huge myself 3 is enough, kids should get 1 maybe 2 if they are hungry after dinner. But beware, it is homemade therefore may melt fast...“
“Nice little boba restaurant in Brandon. Interior may not be as nice as other boba places in town but I’m not complaining. The staff are friendly and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant experience with each visit. I'm definitely looking forward to returning and sampling more of their delicious offerings. Highly recommended.Parking: Lots of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible.“
“My wife and I have the opportunity to go by Leads Coffeehouse today and it was AWESOME! Coffee was great and so was the food. Great place to go meet clients and get some work done and just enjoy some good coffee. Very good atmosphere. Great ownership as well. Will definitely go back again soon. Keep up the good work!“
“Look for the Manatee sign in front of the building and that is Pete's. Cute place to get coffee and a bagel! It was clean, friendly employees with good service (hard to find these days), not overpriced compared to so other Tampa coffee establishments. Street parking was available which was nice. We sat outside at one of the small tables on the deck, they also had a few picnic benches for larger groups. Clean spacious restrooms were a plus!“
“Went to Caffeine Roasters two days in a row while I was in town, and it was very consisten quality which I appreciate. I got one of the seasonal specialties, the Vanilla Bean Almond Amaretto Latte, adding additional shots of espresso and oat milk. I tried it with 3 shots and 4 shots of espresso and it was good both ways. I like my coffee with a mild sweetness so the 3 shots were perfect. There space is really nice, with lots of seating, but it's quite popular for remote workers. It was full both times I went. The baristas were really nice and service was quick! There's also a drive through which makes it so convenient.“
“Awesome find on the way to IKEA this morning. The coffee was great and the employees were extremely friendly. It's not just typical coffee shop bakery fare on the menu either. They have a full menu for breakfast meals, and I believe they had a lunch menu also. They welcomed everyone that came in as if they were long time customers, which maybe they were. But for our first time, I was very impressed with everything about their restaurant! Wish it was closer to home, as it would be a regular spot if it were. Highly recommended.“
“Attended a poetry set here and liked the combination of alcohol and caffeine here for both types of energy (day or night). They have a good selection of mocktails and non-alcoholic drinks as well that I enjoyed. There is both an indoor and outdoor area for seating and you can access the bar from either side.Dietary restrictions: Plenty of options for sober or sober curious drinkers.Parking: Parking lot in front of the location as well as in the back of the location and across the street.“
“This location is the best BY FAR , Yes you have your Starbucks and Buddy brew downtown but KAHWA holds a dear place in my heart.Lindsey & Sabrina are PHENOMENAL.I wish all locations had these ladies .From the time I enter the coffee shop until the time I leave we always have meaningful conversations. I'm always greeted with a friendly warm smile that just makes my day ALWAYS .I recommend everyone to Kahwa .“
“This is the Duncan to go to. The inside is clean everybody has smiles on their faces and everyone was super helpful and friendly. I definitely want to point out Carlos was amazing although my purchase was minimum he did you know give me insightful information as to the fact that I could add salt and pepper to my bacon egg and cheese wrap which by the way enhanced it greatly with a little butter. I had no clue that I could add seasoning to my sandwich. Again it was refreshing to have superior customer service during these times when you don't have good customer service at all nowadays. However I will go out my way to come to this Duncan from here on out. Thanks guys for the best customer service ever!“
