I enjoyed the setup of the shop, parking can be tricky if there is an event nearby. Food, chai latte, and service were excellent. A neighborhood gem ?..Vegetarian options: They have veggie options and will customize for you. ❤️
I love this place. Friendly service always greet you with a smile. The breakfast sandwiches are outstanding and the coffee is excellent. Great location found in the heart of Channelside. You can't beat this place for a good morning coffee can hang out with some friends.

The black coffee & matcha was on point! Love the Southwest Breakfast Wrap ♡ the Bacon & Egg Everything Bagel was a little bland. Both of the workers were really pleasant. There was only 1 coffee person & 1 food person so went it became busy it was a wait 10-15mins. Its worth the wait!!
