We visited Paul and Corrinne today at Retro house. I was very impressed by the Food, Coffee, Pastries, Service and atmosphere. We tried several menu items and all were equally delicious. I had a Lavender and Vanilla iced coffee.....so yummy! You can taste the care and quality of fresh ingredients used in all menu items. Worth a visit when in Ybor/Tampa

The food is unique and very tasty.I would also recommend their fresh brewed tea.5 stars

Retro House Coffee Bar & Asian Bistro is a destination far more than your average coffee shop. The eclectic artwork and decor immediately grabs your eyes upon entering, with a collection of local artist's works filling the walls. The atmosphere is wonderful, with paintings and art scattered around and music playing loud enough to be noticed but not to distract.
The menu is an intentional combination of the familiar and new experiences, with a full offering of light bites, breakfast type pastries and entrees. The drink selection is amazing and creative. The food is flavorful and memorable, with options like Hong Kong Noodles (w chicken), fried chicken dumplings, Dan Dan Siu Mai dumplings, Fried Tangyuan mochi bites, vegan curry fried rice, Shroomami Udon, Buddha fried wontons, vegan mushroom bao, umami rice bowl, and har gao. The staff are very welcoming, warm, friendly, and with big smiles. There is plenty of indoor seating and plenty of parking. The owners and everyone who works here are so nice.
